What to expect
  • Taste the daily life of Testaccio, one of Rome’s hip—but classic—neighborhoods, on this walking tour of family-owned delis, bakeries, a market, and historic sites. This was a great tour. Due to covid and the lack of tourists, we had the guide all to ourselves and he was excellent. We probably would not have visited this part of Rome on our own but now that we have visited the area and have learned about it from our guide, we would definitely go back again and explore some more.
The local food we were able to buy was fantastic and we really enjoyed it. Great tour. Well worth doing. Thank you.

Really great fun with Matteu, our knowledgeable guide. A brilliant way to see a less obvious, fun and beautiful part of Rome! Something for everyone- my teenager and my younger daughter loved it too.

Don’t miss this delicious experience!

Francesco was an extremely knowledgeable, friendly and interesting tour guide. The food was varied but all of it was amazing and I got a lot more of it than I expected to. The places were fascinating and truly brought to life by Francesco's stories. Thank you for one the highlights of my trip!

Most recommended. If you want slow quiet easy morning, that tour is exactly that. First of all the guide is just great, the choice of the food was excellent for me note that it is enjoyable street food plus some interesting history of the neighborhood. Tumbs up. Spoiler alert, " i dolci sono inclusi"
