This was such a fun class, met some great people as well. The chef was incredibly entertaining and provided a lot of "tips" to make us more successful. I would recommend

Lory was an excellent, interactive teacher who taught us to make delicious tiramisu and fettuccine (and saved my partners fettuccine when he was not doing so well!). This was a great experience for us to learn to make authentic and fresh Italian food from within a beautiful local restaurant in Rome. The recipes were also provided after for us to practice them again at home.

Chief Lory was very passionate about her pasta making,and knowledgeable on different types thickness and what the best sauces to go with each pasta. I highly recommend her teaching and energy.
