    Great fun!
We had a lovely time playing and learning about some of the main sites of historical Rome. Bruno shared lots of fun facts and kept the kids engaged for more than 2 hours while walking around. It was a bit too much for my 6 years old, who got very tired towards the end, but my 8 and 9 years old enjoyed every bit of the tour.

    Fun tour
We had a great time with Bruno, he made it fun for the 7 year old and kept it interesting for everyone. We saw parts of Rome that we would usually walk past and we all really enjoyed.

    Interesting for the Whole Family
Our guide, Francesco, was terrific! He kept our kids (9, and 17) very engaged in the Vatican tour (which they originally didn't have much interest in) by having them hunt for items in the various rooms we visited and asking them questions. In addition, he was very knowledgeable and able to respond to everyone's questions (both from the kids and the parents). The private tour was well worth the extra cost as we could easily work our way through the heavy crowds, stop to look at whatever items interested us most and have all of our questions answered. I'd highly recommend this tour for groups with children.

    Fun interactive experience.
My teenage girls (14&16) and I had a great 2h30 with our guide Marco. His tour was fun and interactive with a number of riddles making the history more lively and more memorable. He modified it based on our interests and we really felt that he was passionate and committed to what he was saying. His admiration for early Romans was communicative. After the tour, we found ourselves still looking for the "madonellas" in the street of Rome.

    Excellent family tour of Vatican
With four young children, we wanted to find a way to tour the Vatican and still keep them engaged. We booked through Rome Treasures and it was the perfect way to see the Museums and the Church! Our tour guide was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave us some wonderful insight. For the kids he did a scavenger hunt style tour which was perfect. They even got a prize at the end. It was really the best value for our money as well. I highly recommend booking a tour through Rome Treasures.

    Vatican Treasure Hunt
My family of six (kids 17 - 22 years old), plus my wife's sister and her husband, were keen to see the Vatican but our time was limited. Our tour with Tommaso was outstanding. He made the visit thorough, enjoyable and entertaining. His knowledge was impressive and he made sure we saw and understood many of the remarkable treasures on view. We had great fun and it is our pleasure to highly recommend Tommaso and the Rome Treasure Hunt to all travellers to Rome :-)

Awesome (and fun) private tour of the Vatican and it's treasures!
We hired Rome Treasure Hunts for a private 3 hr tour as a way of helping make the Vatican both fun and interesting for family of four (including two teenagers aged 14 and 18) and we couldn't be happier! Pre-tour email communication with Sara was extremely fast, efficient, and friendly even when our plans needed to be adjusted. Our tour guide Tommaso was funny, energetic, and amazingly knowledgeable and really kept the info at an appropriate level for all of us. It was just the right amount of "hunting" mixed with the history, art, and politics of the Vatican and it's treasures. Loved that we were able to skip the lines on a hot July day by entering via the "group tours" entrance. Tomasso knew a few shortcuts once inside too, which helped us get into St. Peters without a wait as well. Very highly recommended this tour company!

    Interesting , informative and fun!
I have been to Rome many times but this was my grandchildren's first visit so I wanted it to be special. Tommaso made it exceptional for all of us. The children learned so much while having fun. We took two tours with him: the Vatican Treasure Hunt and the Half Day Rome tour and I recommend both highly. Even if you are adults, these tours are fantastic. I have been to the Vatican twice before , both times on guided tours but this time was the best.

Rome treasure hunt tour of Vatican
We had a wonderful tour through Rome Treasure Hunt. Our guide, Tommaso was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, great with our children and made our visit to the Vatican Museum and Saint Peters very memorable. The tour was also very reasonably priced. I would recommend every family with young children to experience Vatican City with this tour. Thank you for an excellent and quality tour. Grazie mille!

    Vatican and Colosseum/Forum treasure hunts
Highly recommended! Our guide, University of Rome archeologist Tommaso, knew where to find the skeletons in the Emperors' and Popes' closets, keeping our 10- and 16-year-olds entertained with Borgia intrigue, Papal insignias and artists' rivalries. The absolute highlight of the entire trip was when Tommaso pulled up the U of Rome's new Forum app - when you look through the "camera," you see the Forum as it was 2000 years ago. Amazing. (The app was in beta but is to be released in 2016.) This was a big splurge, but worth it. Tommaso made history come alive for the kids (and me too). For those traveling in peak season, an extra bonus is that guided tours get to skip lines.

    Great, personal tour!
We were in Rome for 5 days and this trip will take you through all you need to see of the Colosseum, Palatine Hill and the forum. The guide (Tommaso) was fun and social, challenging us with questions and sending us out on quests. Since we were only 2 persons the price was a bit steep, but in the end it was worth it since we skipped all lines and could ask whatever question we wanted to a knowledgeable archeologist. In addition, you don't have to follow one guide with 30+ on its heels, fighting for a spot to hear what's being said. I imagine this we be even greater for bigger groups or families!

A fun and stimulating treasure hunt: Bruno, the guide, as well as being competent, knows how to involve children with stories, anecdotes and historical images. Two pleasant hours, absolutely recommended!
