About
"In vino veritas" is an old Latin saying which translates as "in wine there is the truth" alluding to the fact that sipping wine, and perhaps with a glass too many, people often let themselves go showing their most authentic part . This evening will give you the opportunity to taste all the flavor of Italian wine and to discover the pleasure of our food and wine culture, learning to combine each dish with the most suitable wine to enhance its taste. During the tastings you will have the chance, of course, to admire the splendid city that surrounds you and to appreciate every corner, from the most to the less famous. Campo de 'Fiori, the Jewish Ghetto and the colorful Trastevere district will make the dishes and wines that accompany them even better. Along the way you will discover typical bars and wineries of Rome and long tradition where you can discover everything about the Italian food and wine tradition while the guide that accompanies you will also tell you the history of the city.
