Travelers will be able to enter a real Italian artisan gelato laboratory where they will be followed all the time by our Chef, who will describe in the laboratory equipment, raw materials, ingredients. They will have the opportunity to learn in the field to distinguish a homemade ice cream from a pre-made one with semi-finished industrial products and various dyes. At the end of the lesson they will distinguish between ice cream, sorbet, Vegan ice cream and hypoglycemic ice cream.
They will be able to actively produce an ice-cream taste starting from the preparation of the fruit.
They will wear Chef ice cream dresses and can take home 500 grams of ice cream prepared by them or choose other flavors.
