On January 3rd, my family and I spent a wonderful half day in Tivoli. The driver Roberto, punctual and kind, picked us up directly from our accommodation in Rome, and during the journey he was really available to answer our questions and curiosities about Tivoli and Villa d'Este, we thank him very much! Once we arrived in Tivoli, he accompanied us to the Villa and provided us with entrance tickets for our whole family, Villa d'Este is beautiful, it seems like a hidden and wonderful world from reality. After the visit of about 2 hours we were able to walk around the city center of Tivoli, very nice and welcoming with its small and precious shops but the thing that struck us the most is the ancient area of Tivoli with its small houses and apartments where you can breathe an air of history. The tour is ideal for learning about the art of the Renaissance in Italy and for spending a half day in complete relaxation. I highly recommend visiting Villa d'Este, we will definitely be back for other experiences!

perfect day.. the driver was really very kind and professional and came to pick us up at the exit of the ship. we visited Rome in almost 6 hours. enchanting places. the car was comfortable, clean and equipped with all comforts, which is important having my elderly parents with me.. the driver Alessandro was always available to help me with them to get in and out of the car. I highly recommend this tour to be able to appreciate even in a few hours the monuments and the most important places of the city of Rome!

It was wonderful. The Canneto wine tasting was great. We loved the towns. Could have used more time in Montepulciano. Alessandro was a great guide.

This trip was a welcome break from the hustle and bustle of Rome. The gardens are an absolute gem, and are a must-see for anyone coming to the region! The town of Tivoli was also historic and charming, with lots of quaint shops, stores, and cafes. The service was very accommodating with our last-minute booking request, and we had a driver who took us directly to the site in an immaculate Mercedes van, and make sure we made it into the villa, and left us to explore on our own. There is an audio guide available to rent for those who enjoy a self-guided tour. Overall would highly recommend!

Terrible experience with China Eastern airline, they lost my suitcase and a month later still I haven't received it and no communication what so ever from the airline, how do I claim from the airline?

We used Fast Travel Services for our round trip airport transfers. We were a family of 7 including a 21 month old. They provided a car seat as requested and the vehicle was large and comfortable. The drivers were prompt and helpful and our contact, DG Alex was professional and courteous. I highly recommend this company.

This was the most amazing trip of a lifetime!!! The best way to see multiple cities on one tour. You are treated like royalty with your own private driver. Roberto was so very kind and professional. His driving skills were impeccable! The tour guides in each city were very knowledgeable- some more long winded then others. But just let them know your preference on the pace of the tours. My very favorite places to visit were Siena, Pisa, Montepulciano and Orvieto. I much preferred the countryside to the bigger cities such as Milan and Roma. Be weary of theft and watch your bags in those cities! The hotels had nice filling breakfasts and the dinners were so delicious at the local restaurants. I would definitely book this trip. Easy and no need to figure out any crazy public transportation- it’s all figured out for you! Thank you Alex for coordinating all our travel needs!

Horrible experience. We did not get an English speaking trivet. We did not get a tour guide. The fountains were not running.

Highly recommend this company transferring from the cruise port back to our Rome hotel! Driver was on time, friendly and very helpful. We also used this company to transfer from our hotel to the cruise port. I will book with Fast Travel Services next time we are visiting Rome!

Excellent service, on time, beautifully clean van with leather seats, very comfortable. Will use again. we were worried about getting all our suitcases in but the driver was masterful in getting them all in.

On late notice booked half day prior to tour limited options. Very good driver but misread tour description that both Villas were to be visited, turned out only villa d'este but not villa Adriana - which was only 20min apart. Despite mention about Tivoli in the description, only 1 stop was made outside of villa d'este and after driver walked to entrance and paid for admission, allowed 2hrs and upon return, drove back to Rome. Given covid, preference was for a private trip and for $240/person, could have taken uber for around $125 round trip and even with taxi to villa Adriana, would have gotten off with much less. Not blaming driver but tour operator description should be improved.

Very beautiful, but you need to be able to do a lot of walking and clibming stairs in order to fully enjoy it.
