When we tried to book the tickets were sold out and we had to book the last min tickets which were quite expensive. The trip started by 4 in the evening. We were worried if we would be able to see everything in less time as they close around 6.30. But the guide managed to show us everything and we enjoyed the visit. Overall a good experience. However we missed the dome as it was already closed by 6.

We who love Rome! - on sightseeing we are always looking for possibilities to “skip the line”. The company we used this time for entering the Vatican museums etc. asked us to wait 45 min after our appointment. Then to wait 15 more minutes for an assistant to take us inside…. This was not what we expected!

It was expensive, but it was the only way to get last minute tickets for the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel. The person that took us to the museum to get the tickets was very friendly and everything was pretty clear. I was running late and we called to inform them of this and it was ok. The visit was really worth it. Sistine Chapel was amazing!

The company organizing skip the queue tickets is very good. The representative called me 20 mins to verify that we will be there on time and make sure we are not lost. It took us literary 5 mins to enter the Vatican museums. Worth it to book with this company.

We were given the wrong address to meet for the tour voucher. We were not told that you cannot wear shorts at the Vatican. Once we found the correct address it was complete chaos. Tons of people and after asking three people I was told who would give me the voucher. Also booked 9:30am and then luckily checked trip advisor message early that they could not put us on the 9:30 but only the 12:30. Skip the line was great except everything else was chaos. Would not recommend this operator.

We were able to find the last minute tickets to the Vatican Museum a couple of days after we arrived in Rome. Tickets are usually sold out way in advance. It was easy to find the office where we retrieved our tickets. We entered the museum with another group and once we were inside we were given our tickets and we went on our way to explore without any hustle.

When in Rome we met a very, very helpful souvenir store owner Rahmen situated opposite Guess on Nazionale central Rome. Rahman guided us to assist with an itinerary as I am disabled we wanted to ensure we made the mist from the tour rather than being turned away. He was able to assist with bus passes getting us the best possible deal he could as well as making reservations to enter the Vatican which was the main part of my tour. We can't thank him enough for his help, he spoke fluent English and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Rahman, we will be back and ensure that we pay you a visit! Good and fast enough. I recommend them for Vatican skip the line entrance. We was trying to book tickets finally found them and it works well

Good way in a rush day to pick your tickets for vatican city ,We arrived on time and they took us inside quickly they given us tickets too. Fare enough to get five out of five

We got this because we were told the wait at the Vatican would be much too long without it. We arrived at what we thought was the designated spot on time, and there was nothing marked, and no one was here to meet us. We asked, and some Vatican City guide who has no affiliation with this business took us down a long set of steps to the road below, where he dropped us off inside a building that he thought was correct. Then the people in that building told us no, we were in the wrong place, but they graciously took us two doors down to what was the right place. We ended up waiting for about 45 minutes in to finally get our "expedited" entry, so I'm not sure how much time we actually saved. At least everybody was very nice.

First thing get there early, you cannot imagine the amount of people that is going to be there, it will get crowded in some of the rooms, there is nothing you can do about that, also you will need several hours to do this if you want to experience everything there is to offer. I probably only had 1 regret and that was not doing the guided tour, I feel I would have gotten alot more information had I done this,but i did notice that the groups are so big and numerous that you can feel cramped and be more concerned with getting out of the room, rather than hearing or seeing what's in it.

Fantastic tour. Our guide (Marco) made the tour very enjoyable for us. There was a lot to know about Vatican and this was my first guided tour. So it was really good choice to go with a tour guide.

We visited Vatican museum & Sistine Chapel before the public opening. It was less people early in the morning and really worthy . Thank you guys for the fastest service.

Our guide was not friendly and treated everyone in the group poorly. He seemed annoyed the whole time and coupled with the enormous crowds, the whole experience was awful. Finally, my friend and I just deserted the tour group and we enjoyed ourselves much more just moving at our own pace and taking in the sights ourselves. I can't deter anyone enough from this tour group. And even with the "skip the line" pass we still had to wait an hour from the time our tour was supposed to start till it actually began. Overall, poorly organized, unfriendly, would not do this again.
