We were so happy we ended up learning from Rosa. She was kind, so much fun, and taught in a way that made it so we could actually use the skills we learned. We made tagliatelle with ragu, meatballs, and tiramisu, and will absolutely make it all again. I could not recommend this course more. - katecU3984EL0 contributionsMagnificent MaurizioOur experience with Il Cesarino Maurizio was second to none. We can not rate Maurizio's hospitality, knowledge and authenticity high enough. As a very amateur cook I learnt so much through our day in the kitchen, tips and tricks I will remember for a lifetime. Maurizio is authentic and warm and was a pleasure to spend the day with. Lunch on a sunny terrace joined by Marco and Dante of course, an exceptional day we will never forget.Written 14 October 2024
