Don’t look further, this is the best private tour in La Spezia!
It was my birthday present and it was just a dream come true! ❤️ Our guide Andrea was really welcoming and very very kind and helpful! He really cares about his guests. 🫶🏻 Everything you need is on board, even a shower and an inflatable unicorn 😅🦄 The food served (focaccia from a local bakery) was great and we could take it with us after the tour 🥰😋 Prosecco was chilled and delicious! And most importantly, we made stops to swim in the most beautiful places that you won’t reach other than by boat. We took so many photos of the breathtaking views!☀️🌊🐠 So, all in one, if you’re hesitating - don’t! It’s really worth it. 😉

What can I say we have left La Spezia/ Cinque Terre and we are all still talking about the boat trip with our captain Andrea. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
This trip could not have been better planned from start to finish we boarded at 630 pm and arrived back at 1030pm. First I am 40 along with my husband and my parents are both 75 with mobility issues and we booked a private boat for sunset to make sure they could see Italy coastline properly. It’s my parents 75th birthdays so I chose to show them the scenery by boat as the crowds in cinque terre all the time in the summer are nuts. I booked it only 24 hours before in the morning I woke up to a text message confirmation on WhatsApp saying they are looking forward to having us and giving us the exact map and directions along with the captain himself texted any other info needed. We hopped in a cab, which unfortunately was late by 10 min. They had no problem with us being 10 minutes late. Andrea was waiting right at the dock at the exact point to help us on the boat.

Unfortunately, the weather was not cooperating and the sea was getting a little bit rough so he gave us a few options of going up the regular Cinque Terre Coast, but told us it would be a little bit rocky, or he would be happy to show us the other side Porte Venere which was a quieter version and OMG was it amazing. I have been here a few times through all the towns and this one is unbelievable and the best hands down. we had Prosecco, wine, beer, water available and ample amounts. When we docked, Andrea set up a Tuscan bread charcuterie for us. It was perfect. He then said he had a little surprise and ended up getting my parents, small heart shaped cookies for their birthday with a candle. It was very kind of him to take the extra time as I know they are very busy all day. We then ended up swimming at dark under the castle before we came back to shore. It was magical to say the least. Andrea is born and raised there and knows the water and area like the back of his hand. I can’t thank everyone enough and we will be back forsure. One thing to remember is if you take the sunset cruise up to Cinque Terre nobody but ferries and local resident boats can actually dock so if you’re needing a bathroom and are not planning on jumping in the water, you should rethink your scheduled layout as the boat rides or 3 to 4 hours.

We really enjoyed our boat tour in the Five Terre Sea. First of all, we received a very short briefing on the pier, before boarding with Cristine, who asked us some questions about what we wanted to see and whether we wished to bathe in the water. This manner of customizing the tour aimed to extract the maximum out of the stipulated time and we really appreciated it. The boat was new, and Alfredo was very caring and smiling; he did his best to describe the villages and their history. Complimentary drinks, including white local wine and iced water, and fresh baked focaccia with trimmings, were part of the tour. What I liked most about the tour is the time schedule flexibility and the fact that it is organized for a limited number of people, which provides the opportunity to sunbathe and stop wherever one prefers. We wanted to visit Portovenere and Alfredo patiently waited for us to stroll around and buy some souvenirs. We could not enter the marine park area, but we really enjoyed sight-seeing in the world famous villages. I would definetly recommend Alfredo and his crew if one wishes to spend a special day and create memories

We were 3 friends on a cruise with Royal Caribbean. The Assonautica boarding place to the boat is within 5 minute walk from the harbor. There were strong winds outside Porto Venere that day prohibiting cruising to the Cinque Terre and we had to modify the itinerary. Andrea our captain shown us very beautiful places around Porto Venere and gave us an extra hour beyond our scheduled time for swimming. We had a Great day, the boat was brand new, spacious, with powerful speakers with blue tooth for our music on board, Andrea had cold drinks and water for us, he took extra time and shown us around several unique places along the coast line. We definitely recommend the boat trip, one of the most relaxing days in Italy!

If I could give this more stars, I would! My boyfriend and I had the absolute best time. The boat seemed pretty new and was in great condition. Super clean. Alfredo is so sweet and has the coolest vibe. He also spoke english very well! He took us to the BEST spots that were breathtaking and not crowded which we appreciated. He had a delicious spread waiting for us to eat when we got out of the water. Totally recommend stopping and walking through Porto Venere, it was amazing! And he made sure we were back to our cruise ship on time. Overall, a better experience than we expected and we hope to come back and do it again someday!

Great experience, good, drinks and tour. And he let us play our own music the whole time! We were supposed to go around cinque terre but the weather / sea conditions didn’t allow for it - but instead of canceling the tour he made an alternate route that was just as good! We still stopped at 5 different places and had a fantastic day. 10/10 would recommend, and would do it again!

Alfredo was incredibly friendly! We’re American and his English was great. He was very accommodating, asking us what we wanted to see, did we want to swim, etc. He put together a great onboard fruit & cheese spread for our group of 4. We even got stopped by the coast guard to check documents and he handled it with style! I highly recommend a tour with this outfit and skipper Alfredo! Grazie mille!
