We were so excited for this trip celebrating our good friends who were just married. Less than a week away from our excursion with Green Boat they reached out us to inform us that they had double booked and were not able to honor the reservation that we had made months ago. They tried to offer us another boat that looked like a refitted fishing boat from the 60s that was falling apart and barely sea worthy. I would not suggest ever renting with Green Boat as there is a good chance they will cancel on you at the last minute.

The overall experience was amazing!! Brian and team were great through the booking process, frequently checking on regarding any questions we had. The boat experience far exceeded our expectations!! Brian was a wonderful guide, providing background on the area. The boat was wonderful!! We spent most of the day in the most beautiful cove we’ve ever experienced. Overall - would highly, highly recommend, it was a great value and Ana amazing experience 11 out of 10!!!

FIRST CLASS! We booked a private trip around Portofino and the surrounding bays for our daughter’s 30th birthday. We were not disappointed. The team that is Michela and Brian are so professional and accommodating. The boat itself is beautiful and Brian is a very skilled skipper. Michela handled our booking expertly and kept in touch regarding the weather and timings. We enjoyed Prosecco and focaccia on board and Brian was very knowledgeable about the area. We had the best day and would recommend wholeheartedly. Thank you!

This private charter out of Santa Margherita was the absolutely the highlight of our week in Italy. It was a beautiful day and Brian was a terrific and very accommodating captain. He gave us several options for places to stop and swim. We pulled into a cove and grabbed lunch. Stopped in a crowded Portofino port for ice cream. The Green Boat is lovely- I just can’t say enough good things about this tour and its captain. It’s the perfect way to see the coast.

This tour of the Ligurian coast was the highlight of our trip! Brian was so friendly and knowledgeable, pointing out historical properties and places. The boat is the perfect place to relax, sunbathe and sightsee. They provide you with drinks, towels and snorkeling gear and treat you like family! The sights from the boat are spectacular, the sea is warm, it was perfection. We are still talking about it with our friends. Highly recommend!!

We enjoyed our private boat tour on the Green boat as we had the flexibility to shape our journey and choose our stops and the things we wanted to see. Michaela was very helpful and organised everything for us prior to the tour, and Bryan our skipper was very professional and experience. We totally recommend this tour.

This is definitely a trip that you should not miss. Everything was great: the natural landscapes, the skipper (Brian is a great fellow, friendly and experienced and he tells you everything you ought to know about the places), the boat (a wonderfumix of Dolce Vita with the up-to-date comfort).

Brian picked us up in Portofino right on time and was the perfect guide to show us the Ligurian coast. We only had 3 hours before we had to catch a train back to Milan, but he made the most of every minute. We stopped in San Fruttuoso and Brain stopped the boat so we could swim and see the Christ of the Abyss. Then he positioned the boat perfectly in front of the Abby and took a picture for us. Brian continued the tour around to Camogli and stop again for us to swim. As we headed back toward Santa Margherita, Brian shared his knowledge (and some of his exciting adventures on the sea) of the area with us and ensured we returned to Santa Margherita in time to catch our train. I would highly recommend a boat tour with Brain if you are planning a trip to Liguria. If I have the opportunity to return I will definitely book another tour with Brian and Green Boat.

We had an excellent morning on our boat tour. We chartered the rental for four hours. We meet our captain Bryan at the pier which was just a short walk from cruise tender dock. We left from Santa Margherita Ligure and went all along the coast past Rapallo, Portofino, and Genoa. We stopped at two separate locations to swim. Bryan had a bottle of Prosecco for us to enjoy along the way. Bryan was very informative on all the towns and the coastline. He is truly passionate about his life at sea. Bryan was an excellent captain and we enjoyed our time with him. We would highly recommend this tour. You will not be disappointed.

I did a lot of research into various boat companies, and I am SO GLAD that I chose Green Boat. The tour was excellent, and the experience was fantastic. However, what really makes the experience is Brian (the boat captain) and Michela (the one who facilitated everything). Their incredibly kind and easygoing demeanor truly made this the highlight of our vacation. We were able to bring our two year old child onboard with no issue, and Brian perfectly tailored the day to meet each and every one of our passengers' needs. I also want to give Michela a shoutout because, in my experience, coordination regarding meet up, logistics, payment, etc. can be a huge headache, especially for an American family (like we were) travelling abroad, and Michela made the whole thing run seamlessly and could not have been nicer at each and every step. tl;dr Don't overthink it, and spend a day with Green Boat. Take it from a stranger on the Internet, you will not regret it.

Today we had an amazing tour from Rapallo to Portofino with Green Boat! Our skipper Daniele did a great job! Polite, funny, friendly, professional and respectful of our privacy (it was a private tour as a gift for my husband)! I found Green Boat by chance but I am so so so grateful I did! We had a great time, thought in the minimal details! Thank you very much for providing this service, you really know how to treat your guests! Brian was an incredible host for our boat trip. He even helped us change from one full day to two half days after my wife suffered sea sickness the first day. The boat was a unique experience and extremely comfortable for us. Plus Brian brought more focaccia than we could possibly eat. All around great experience and Brian was eager to help us work through any issues!
