Amazing!! We came as a family of 6 and had the most incredible experience with Enrico. He is such a nice guy, welcoming, friendly and most importantly- an amazing cook! He firstly gave us a tour around the local market where he taught us about seasonal and local ingredients and where we also bought some to cook with later. We then headed to his home, where his welcoming wife greeted us. I had previously selected the menu with him (he was always very accommodating) so that it would match our family’s food restrictions - and it turned better than we imagined. Every single dish wash fantastic, the recipes and tips he shared with us are some we will take back home. The cooking experience itself was super fun and we really got to work hard! Everything was impeccably clean, the ingredients and materials were top quality and it really felt like being at home with good friends. We then had lunch altogether and had a good laugh sharing stories with Enrico and Cristina. I would totally recommend you book this experience with the Cesarine Enrico!

The hosts, Laura and her husband, were very welcoming and felt like being around friends. We opted to start with some appetizers and get to know each other first before jumping into class. The class itself was very informative, fun, and hands-on, which is exactly what we were hoping for. My friend and I took turns working the dough and asking questions about the techniques and local cuisine. The dishes were focused on local recipes, which were later sent to us to replicate at home. The food turned out amazing, and I walked away with new skills and confidence working dough by hand and a tiramisu recipe that is completely doable to amaze at potlucks. I highly enjoyed the experience and would recommend this class.

Carlotta was great! So friendly and funny while also clearly very knowledgeable on the subject. She was able to answer any questions we had about the food and Milan in general. She also has a very cute cat. The pasta was absolutely delicious and she did a great job instructing us while also letting us do it ourselves. And the tiramisu was without a doubt the best I've ever had. So fun to make a local connection!

My boyfriend and I booked this experience not knowing what to expect but saw that it had brilliant reviews. We were slightly late arriving and greeted by Luca who instantly put us at ease. Patrizia guided us through the tiramisu and pasta making, we both were made to feel completely at home and had plenty of laughs along the way. Not only are Patrizia and Luca hosting a truly brilliant experience (way beyond our expectations) but they are lovely people. It was a pleasure meeting them both. I would honestly recommend to anyone whether going alone or in a group, of any age.

This class was the best part of out trip to Lake Como. The food was amazing and the view from Patrizia's home near Bellano was spectacular. There was plenty of advance communication from Cesarine about the menu (we wanted vegetarian) and the location. The small group made it possible to really learn about making pasta and tiramisu. I can't wait to try the recipes again!

Fabulous experience! Patrizia and her husband Luca are warm and engaging and gave us a wonderful introduction to Italian cuisine. With their instruction and extras we created a sumptuous meal- one that fed our hearts as well as our stomachs. And it was easy to get to their home- just a train ride from Milan and then Patrizia helped us contact a local driver to take us the additional 10min drive up into the mountain. The view of Lake Como amazing, the experience memorable!

Our cooking experience with Sandra was AMAZING! She explained each step and helped when needed. We loved learning about her personal story and hearing about her family farm. Her house was welcoming and a great vibe for a personal cooking class. We would recommend Sandra to everyone! Such a great way to spend an evening in Milan.

This small group cooking class was magical! It was everything we wanted! With fresh pasta, tiramisu, appetizers, incredible hosts and all you can drink wine, I could not have asked for more. I will note that this class is in the city of Belano, not Varenna, so be prepared to take a 20-30 minute taxi to this destination if you do not have your own car.

Our host Patrizia was absolutely wonderful. We went to an evening cooking class on my birthday and had the best time drinking wine and learning how to make pasta, focaccia, and tiramisu. The ingredients were fresh and the recipes were simple enough to follow along! If you want to experience authentic home cooking that you can carry with you the rest of your life, this class is a must.

We had a wonderful evening with Patrizia and Luca. We were warmly welcomed and shown around the house. The hosts and the house made us feel at home. There were appetizers, 2 main courses, drinks and much more. Patrizia helped us with the cooking and patiently explained what we needed to do and how. Luca entertained us with stories about the area, the culture and other exciting stories. The food and the conversations were great. We would highly recommend anyone to book this experience. Our cooking class in Milan was better than we could have imagined! Antonio and Silvia welcomed us into their beautiful home and offered us a custom pasta and tiramisu experience we will never forget ❤️ They took us through step by step, with details about their Italian receipts and roots and many stories and laughs along the way. I am gluten free and they were wonderful with the accommodations to ensure I could still enjoy the experience alongside everyone else. We cannot recommend them enough!!! Book your class with these two, you won’t regret it :)

We loved our experience! Giuliana was a great host. We felt like a part of her family. We can’t wait to receive the recipes and try making the ravioli, fettuccine and tiramisu in our home. This was a highlight of our trip to Italy.
