Fun and informative afternoon with Valentia . Segways are a speedy way to experience a lot of the city and its major landmarks. Valentina was extremely knowledgeable of the area and its history. A great way to spend the afternoon and some good restaurant recommendations stations from Valentina as well . Thank you it was great and would highly recommend

Guilia and Antonio were friendly and knowledgeable. Guilia shared lots of stories about the food, Milan and Italy. She made sure everyone was included in conversations. The tour was an excellent pace and Guilia and Antonio made sure we had enough water to drink in the heat. The food was incredible - especially the Parma prosciutto and the gelato. We like how all the shops included in the tour had lots of local history.

We loved our Brera district walking tour! The tour started out with some pizza and each subsequent stop was another course in a Milano meal. The food was excellent. The places we visited were all great and gave us an opportunity to visit the beautiful Brera district, far from the touristy cites. Our guide was lovely. She gave us not only a description of a Milano meal, and history of Milan in general, but also answered questions about seasonal foods in Milan and how she cooks with them. It was an informative and fun tour. I highly recommend!

Ww did a private tour for 2. Awesome!! Segway were very easy to get around on (without any experience). This is a great way to see alot of major sites in a short period of time while zooming along on the Segways. Our tour guide was the best. He gave us a lot of interesting facts while keeping the conversation lively. Definitely highly recommended!

We took this tour with our family of 4 (including 2 sons, ages 22 and 24). Our tour guide was Antonio. All of us really enjoyed this tour and felt that Antonio was a fantastic guide. He made sure everyone in our group of 8 could safely operate the Segway, then we took off. The route was perfect...we saw a castle, the Duomo, the Teatro al Scalia, went through the Brera neighborhood, saw shopping areas, etc. We stopped at major sites and listened to Antonio's explanations of them through the earpiece listening systems. Despite there being plenty of people around these areas, crowds were never an issue with us navigating on the Segways. Antonio always made sure everyone made it safely across all intersections. Finally, having been on several Segway tours, I felt that these machines in particular were maintained very well and were very smooth and easy to operate. This was a wonderful tour, and I would highly recommend it.

I can’t review the tour itself, as we never actually made it there. As far as I know, our tour guide waited for us to arrive late which was very kind of them. I’m sure it was a great tour, we didn’t get to experience it, so I can’t comment on how the tour itself went. But it looked nice. We had an emergency that morning and wasn’t able to attend, my phone broke and we didn’t even have a working phone to contact the tour group. I requested a refund after explaining my situation, immediately denied from some random customer service member who responded to my request within 3 minutes, and could care less about my situation. Which is disappointing, because I’ve traveled with TripAdvisor and Viator many of times through the years with no issues. I’m in a country I don’t know, with a phone that doesn’t work, scrambling around to ASK someone where I can fix my phone on a Sunday with a lot of places closed. (couldn’t look anything up it was broken) before I left for my next destination the following morning. The last thing I was worried about was a Segway tour. Considering traveling is so expensive in general, it would have been to be approved for a refund during this emergency of mine and I would have continued to use trip advisor for bookings in the future. Not anymore! I hope Kristie from customer service breaks her phone on vacation too 😊

Antonio was the perfect guide. He got us safely round Milan with no incidents. Plenty of time for photo stops and a fantastic amount of information about Milan and Italy. One of the best things to do. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

We booked this tour in March for an October trip. It was cancelled in June due to “unavailability” of Duomo tickets. We had built our Milan itinerary around this particular tour since it did the underground area. The Duomo itself shows tickets available for that date for half an hour later, at virtually the same time. Very disappointing but I guess we’ll save money.

Had an enjoyable time with Antonio as our guide. He was informative and fun. The tour took us through areas of Brera and the tastings were delicious especially the risotto. The group was not too big and there was definitely enough food provided. No hesitation at all recommending this tour.
