Dear NP_VNMP, I am sorry if your experience did not meet your expectations. Unfortunately, our company has no control over the weather. Traveling to the Alps in winter time can always have some inconvenience due to snow and the risk of avalances. The swiss authorities are in charge of the safety of the railways and roads and we have to follow their instructions, sometime even give to us at the last minute. We provided the service at the best of our possibilities and valuing the safety of our costumer over all other things. Best regards
