    Excellent guide and tour
We had an amazing tour of the Duomo and roof top with an excellent guide, who's name escapes me. It was the 2.30pm tour on Wednesday 6th February 2025. He was friendly and informative. I would recommend him and this tour company as it was good value for money and well organised.

Another beautiful place in the world I have visited
On a 3 day weekend to visit Milan with my daughter in law to visit my Grandson in Milan. The highlight was visiting the Duemo What an amazing experience. Fantastic views beautiful architecture. At 75 I climbed up to the rooftop had to stop for breath at the last about 20 steps but it was an achievement for me. The views are amazing. We then went into the church it is a beautiful experience

    Well organized
Experience for first time with a well organized tour. The time at each destination was well structured. I appreciate the bus ride, boat, ferry, all handled by tour. A few things I personally wish were different: 1. Stay with group for food/cafe, etc. I was lost twice and felt anxious by myself in an unfamiliar place. 2. Add more facts or links on website for reading/learning while in between. 3. Make recommendations in advance so guest can research which makes best sense for group. 4. Shorten day, 10 hours in a long time.

    A day well spent!
To visit Lake Como and Lugano was on my Bucket list for the longest time and I got to experince the best of both worlds on this tour! Even though this was a long tour, the time flew by. The transportaion was comfortable and of course the views were amazing. Our guide was very informative too, overall a great day with loads of great memories!

    A must see in Milan
Sylva, our guide was excellent. Very knowledgeable and engaging. Not scripted (which is great). Able to handle interruptions (late arrivals, ticketing issues) with elegance. The painting itself and the refectory are to be experienced slowly (the 15 minutes is enough if you are focused) to understand the masterpiece. It’s a miracle that the painting as well as the Crucifixion painting were not significantly damaged even though the entire roof and two other walls were destroyed by bombing raids during WW2.

    Stunning views throughout
Excellent visit to the cathedral. We got there earlier than our allocated time but that didn't matter as the view from the ground itself is stunning. We were able to get up the stairs around 30 minutes before our allocated slot. Going up and down the steps was tough with dodgy joints, and not always easy without a handrail! But once at the top, the views were glorious! Plenty of opportunities to take photos and although crowded at times, still allowed for plenty of space. Inside the cathedral is just as beautiful, whilst many people were inside, the silence was powerful and the experience very thought provoking.

    Not worth $150+
The guide was nice but the overall quality of the tour does not justify the price. It also ended over 1.5 hours early and I think it’s irresponsible to advertise a tour as 6 hours if it will deviate with no warning because people need to be able to plan the rest of their day accordingly. It was fine, but there’s probably lots of similar tours that would be a better and cheaper experience.

Good for hidden gems around the city
Our guide was very knowledgeable and had a lot of interesting stories to share about the city and the architecture. There is a lot of walking. At one point we opted for the Metro, which was fine. Our tour was so condensed that we skipped lunch. Don’t know why. Perhaps it’s the timing of the tickets the tour company was able to get for the duomo and the last supper. One thing I liked about the guide was that she gave everyone space to absorb the majesty of the surroundings. Quiet, reflective time. She would give facts and highlight things to notice before we saw the attraction then give us time to look at it and marvel at it on our own. Especially at the Last Supper, but didn’t talk while inside the chapel but she was happy to answer questions afterwards. Lots of hidden gems around the city like ancient ruins and whatnot. Skip this tour if you just want to see the Last Supper and get tickets to that yourself. Also, the Duomo tour doesn’t include any of the special exhibits

The city tour with a guide was excellent. It was truly exciting and touching to see Leonardo da Vinci’s The Last Supper in person and to understand its content and context through the guide's explanations. After such elevated impressions, it wasn't easy to switch to the city tour, but the other places we saw were also magical: Sforza Castle is captivating, as is the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, and the Duomo. All these famous landmarks become even more beautiful (and dearer) with the guide's wonderful talks. Although the tour lasts a few hours, it is not tiring—just be prepared to see many breathtaking sights, and that’s something to endure. The impressions from this wonderful tour are still vivid, and I warmly recommend it to all future travelers!

Booked this trip for myself and three daughters who are all in their early twenties and we all found it very interesting and informative. Beatrice was great - as it was a warm and humid day she made it clear that if at any point anybody needed to call it a day that was fine and there was no big deal made about that. It is quite a long tour so make sure that you are in suitable footwear. Beatrice really knew her stuff but also allowed people to ask questions along the way and her command of English was excellent. I'd highly recommend this tour as a great way to see some of the key sights and definitely if you want to see the last supper which was sold out otherwise.

Thank you for sharing your experience, and it's wonderful to hear that you and your daughters found the tour interesting and informative. Beatrice sounds like an excellent guide, and her consideration for the group's comfort is commendable. Your advice about suitable footwear is valuable, especially on a longer tour. It's also great to know that the tour was an opportunity for questions and provided access to sold-out attractions like "The Last Supper." If you ever decide to explore more or have any more questions about your travels, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to assist you in making your future journeys just as enjoyable and memorable. Thanks for your feedback!

The tour mainly selected to have access to The Last Supper was selected for time commitment and what was included. Outside of seeing the painting we did not go through any other location inside as an admission fee or viewing. Due to a church service we only saw the one church from the outside. Our guide was kind and was knowledgeable and for a walking tour with only one entrance fee included seemed a little pricey. We did get to see where many sites were located that we would have no doubt missed had we not been on the tour.

This tour is basically a way to get in to see the Last Supper, plus a bit of a walk to the Duomo. It costs a lot more than the normal admission price to the Last Supper (15 euros is the normal ticket price) but since its all booked out months in advace, you have not choice but to pay up for these “tours” that have special access to get you into the museum. The Last Supper itself is what you’re paying to see. The rest of the walk is a bit of a waste of time.

We felt that there was a lot of time wasted doing ‘housekeeping’ things. We were emailed a tour voucher in advance but had to wait for Gianluca, the tour guide to arrive and then organize the whole group of about 30 people to then go into the ticket office to get the actual entrance ticket to the museum, then store water bottles into lockers etc. This took nearly 30 minutes which felt like a ridiculous waste of time. We could have very easily gotten our museum entrance tickets prior to starting the tour. The other annoying thing was the trivial questions people asked Gianluca, ( tour guide) which were not remotely related to the tour we were on. He graciously stopped the tour, answered or googled information or websites etc for them but honestly, what a waste of my time. He could have suggested he answer those queries after the tour was completed but he was too polite and the tour guests were too selfish.

Terrible customer service without any accommodation for medical circumstances. My fiancé and I booked a tour with them in Milan to see the last supper and other historical sights. My fiance became violently ill the morning of the scheduled tour. He required urgent medical attention. We requested a partial refund as soon as we were aware of the situation/ were able to contact the company. We were told we were not even able to be offered a partial refund (we understand that the tickets to the last supper are pre-booked). They were rude inhospitable in their responses. I will advise friends and family to ensure they do not book any tours with them in the future.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We truly empathize with the situation and are sorry to hear about the challenges you faced. However, as the tickets for The Last Supper are issued under the customer's name and are non-refundable after our 24-hour cancellation policy, we are unable to offer a refund in this case, as much as we would like to. We understand this policy may be disappointing, especially under medical circumstances, and we apologize for any frustration caused. We appreciate your understanding and hope for your fiancé's speedy recovery.

I booked this tour mainly to see Da Vinci’s Last Supper (it’s basically the only way to do so since tickets to the general public sell out in minutes). This part of the tour was perfect! We moved onward to Sforza Castle and were able to go in to the grounds for this tour but a museum entry on the grounds was not included. Still, I’d rate this part of the tour as very good as our guide enriched it with great historical commentary. The next part was the biggest letdown. We moved on to see the Milan Cathedral and, from the description, I thought it included entry - it does not. Same goes for La Scala. You only get a “there it is” look at it, but you have to purchase entry separately for these two. We took the opportunity after the tour ended to go inside La Scala (well worth the small entry fee!) but never found another chance to go inside the cathedral in our schedule. Wish the tour description was a little better worded so that we could have planned going inside the cathedral. All else was excellent. Our guide was very knowledgeable, funny, friendly, interactive and organized. I’d still recommend this tour - just know what to expect for your stops.

This was a last special treat on a trip full of wonders. Following a river cruise on the Rhine with extended family, my sister and I took a train across the Alps and enjoyed a few extra days in Italy before heading home, On our very last day, in early October 2024, we took this tour. We booked it because it was the only way we could get in to view The Last Supper, but we are so glad we did--the guide was very pleasant and supremely well-informed, and besides "Il Cenacolo" she took us through the Sforza Castle, the Galeria, and other sights in this amazing city. She really made the historic past of Milan's city center come alive for us, no mean feat as much of the time we were dealing with pouring rain (we were glad we'd packed umbrellas). Someone once said, "for every church in Rome there's a bank in Milan." That "shoe" certainly fits, even if it's not made by Manolo Blahnik!

Fantastic tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable and interesting. It’s a lot of walking, but it was a gorgeous day and nice to be outside. We highly recommend this tour. We booked the tour 2+ months in advance, and most days were sold out. Don’t wait.
