Stop At: Il Cenacolo, Piazza Santa Maria delle Grazie Santa Maria delle Grazie, 20123 Milan Italy

Discover a masterpiece of the Milanese Renaissance at the church of Santa Maria delle Grazie in Milan, and spend 15 minutes admiring Da Vinci’s masterful “Last Supper.”
Also known as the “Cenacolo Vinciano,” the mural is hidden away on a wall of the refectory at the basilica. Your guide will give a quick introduction to Renaissance art in Italy, describing how it became one of the most fertile periods of painting worldwide. Learn why the Duke of Milan, Ludovico il Moro, commissioned Leonardo and how he presided over the most important period in the Milanese Renaissance.
Then, go straight to the front of the lines to see Da Vinci’s “Last Supper” and spend at least 15 minutes appreciating one of the most iconic images of Christ in the world.

It was a great experience and the guide shared lots of interesting facts. Thanks. However I think some tour details need to be updated, it says shoulders and knees need to be covered otherwise they won’t let you in. There were ladies in a group...More

Booked tour through trip advisor. Had no idea what company I would wind up with nor what time. We were pleasantly surprised with the time, which was 2:45 PM. And with Viator. Great tour, small group. Knowledgeable, English-speaking guide. Hassle free. Well worth the price
