Very Bad experience. Online car rental in Milan Italy, 10 day rental for mid-sized car for 10 days $392. 1) The location of Milan airport facility was 4 km away from terminal - bad sign 2) We were 2+ hours later from pickup time (KLM Airlines fault) they said we forfit the car rental, and our car was no longer available (the scam begins) 3) They found an another car (smaller and $134) change fee 4) When returned the car they falsly claimed slite 1/4" scratch where tire and hubcap meet. Insurance? or $80 fee. In total: $606 vs $392 as confirmed. This is a scam operation one must avoid

Do not use this company! Mr Martinelli director of this company is a lier and a thief.I booked a return Milan to Balaggio . The return taxi failed to turn up,I had to hire an expensive trip to the airport to meet my plane departure. Martinelli promised to refund 120 euros. NEVER HAPPENED. I have sent emails and left messages to no result.A promise to pay by PayPal on the 15th oh July NEVER HAPPENED. All I can do is warn you not to use this company.

Walk by while looking for the train upon landing. It was late, and it worked out great. Yes, a few extra bucks but once in a while you just need to do it. Well worth it.
