- A dress code is required to enter places of worship and selected museums. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women. You may risk refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements
- Large bags and rucksacks are not allowed inside St Mark's Basilica
- At certain times it may not be possible to enter any of the visited churches due to religious functions taking place. These closures are beyond our control so no refunds or discounts will be issued
- High season operational schedule (Apr - Oct): Skip the Line: Doge's Palace Tour starts at 9am and Skip the Line: Small-Group Venice Walking Tour with St Mark’s Basilica starts at 11.10 am Mon to Sat, at 1.45 pm Sun

Dear Client, Thank you for your review and recommendation - we appreciate your comments. Tours are operated directly by our company, Viator is one of the resellers (tours can be booked also directly with us). I am sorry to read you missed the first tour including Doges Palace - our directions are pretty specific and from what I can see also Viator vouchers provide detailed info on the location. Did you have the voucher with you? Our tour meets at the entrance to the Royal Garden (Gardini Reali) - our meeting point assistant has a sign with our company's logo and tour name on it. We meet at the entrance, we do not enter the garden so any maintenance works being carried inside are in this case irrelevant. Except for Sundays our office is open from 8.30 am so if you have any trouble locating the place you can give us a call and we will try to do our best to direct you to the correct location. The Garden is located just 50 m from St Mark's square. there is one big entrance gate and this is where we meet, right next to it. I am happy you managed to join the remaining two tours - if you would let us know the guide's name I will certainly forward your kind comment to her/him. Thank you for joining our tours.
