About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- fenice72_dd0 contributionsLack of clarity and insufficient informationMy experience was not satisfactory due to the lack of adequate information and the poor clarity of the signs. Unfortunately, this made it difficult to orient oneself or understand what was needed. An improvement in this sense would certainly be appreciated, perhaps with more precise and detailed signs or with staff available to provide directions. It is a shame, because the context would have potential, but these organizational aspects compromise the overall experience.Written 13 January 2025
- anhthin20250 contributionsWould recommendThe tour was great! We booked an English only tour but most of the people in our group was only Spanish speaking. She did a great job at accommodating and answering questions for both English and Spanish speakers. She was very knowledgeable and highlighted fascinating facts about Venice. Would recommend this tour for others interested in going to the different islands.Written 13 January 2025
- Paul B0 contributionsClaudia was amazing!Claudia was excellent, knowledgeable and an enthusiastic guide! Being that she is a local, her wisdom was unmatched! The islands themselves were beautiful, especially Burano!Written 13 January 2025

- BelindaSWood70 contributionsWalking tour with gondola ride and virtual reality experience. We loved our walking tour and gondola ride in Venice! Atena was a wonderfull guide. She was knowledgeable, and at our request, gave us plenty of local tips for our stay in Venice. The virtual reality aspect at the conclusion of the tour was insightful and our whole family loved it (children 9 and 11 years old). Highly recommend this tour and Atena as a guide!Written 11 January 2025
- sophiehZ3380EW0 contributionsAmazingBeatrice was so enthusiastic and made our morning special. A beautiful ride and very tranquil. Learnt some interesting historyWritten 10 January 2025
- carolinef4710 contributionsFrancesco’s knowledge was amazing. To be perfectly honest I wouldn’t bother going to the Murano glass blowing experience as it only lasts about ten to fifteen minutes and then they are very keen to get you into the shop. The supposed lace making was a joke as the lady just told you in about a minute how they make it and then of course it was time to shop again. The best part of the tour was Francesco who’s knowledgeable of all the historical facts was amazing. He gave so many facts and I think it would be a good idea if he had his own tour as he was so good.Written 9 January 2025

- MNG810 contributionsWorth every minuteIt really feels different riding in a gondola rather than a motor boat. The gondoliers navigate narrow waterways with ease and sometimes even sing an aria. You can also see Venice from the water. Highly recommend taking a gondola ride.Written 8 January 2025

It would have been a perfect trip had there been fewer people on board, on the tour, in the shops and in the streets. From what I could hear of the tour, it must have been very interesting. It was a very windy day, making it quite uncomfortable sitting upstairs in the open. I would like to go back and spend more free time wandering around on my own.

Dear Guest, thanks for the review. Please consider that the explanations of the guide on board of the boat, rich of interesting curiosities about the history and traditions of the islands of Murano and Burano, are appreciated by the clients. Regards.

Pretty unorganized crew but they were respectful. Boat driver could not park the boat and cut into a large chunk of our visiting time on Burano which was very disappointing. On that note there also was not enough time built in on the actual islands. Would have preferred no demonstration if that’s what it takes to have more time to visit

Our first experience of buying a tour via trip advisor was easy to do. Murano glass blowing demonstration really gives an appreciation of of the skills involved and Burano is a fascinating island with lots to see. In hindsight I’d have preferred more time at Murano and Burano to explore the islands and not visited Torcello. Boat was comfortable with seating inside and on the top.

Murano didn't excite us too much, but Burano is perfect! It is better to go without a guide because you can spend as much time as you want on the island, when you go organized you are limited in time. 25 euros is a day ticket and you can drive as much as you want within Venice.

We were a little disappointed. Murano, a lonely glassblower who showed us his skills briefly, then we went through the attached sales room and had a maximum of 30 minutes for the actually quite beautiful shopping street. On to Toricello, which we could have saved ourselves and then to reconciliation to Burano, a really very pretty island. Unfortunately there was far too little time there. Would not book this tour again.
Burano is worth a trip, maybe Murano too

The tour provided a look into lace making and glass blowing but left little time to look around the islands and was a very big group. Guide was versatile in languages.

For a first visit this is a great way to see 3 fabulous places. You do only get about 45 minutes at each location which sounds okay but when you are there and looking around it passes very quickly. Murano stop was excellent with the demonstration and time to visit the shop but no time to do anything else. Torcello is a nice little stop for looking around and a great local place for refreshments. Burano was our last stop and wish we had longer here as not enough time to make the most of the place. Would certainly visit again. Tour boat was nice but busy with commentary by the guide in multiple languages. Good way to visit to get a taste of the Islands.

Called to confirm our meeting point/time as per our voucher instructions and was told it was “impossible” and that I needed to “read better.” Absolutely zero help and offensive to top it off. Would not recommend as customer service obviously don’t want to do their job.
