It was really very nice tour 👍, I did enjoy and I took lots of photos.
The guide she was excellent, she gave us the information about everything we have seen in the see, not just the islands.
Even the boat driver was gentleman and really good sailor man.
We were about 10 person and dog "Joy"😅, they were friendly.
The time was perfect and fit.

I do recommend this tour

If you are in Venice go to Burano.
Dec 2019
Burano is wonderful, much more authentic than Murano. You can take the boat on Schiavonna in Venice (go to pier San Zaccharia nr A line 14) Departure every 1.15h, return every 1.30h. Trip takes about 1h. and cost 15 Euro pp. There is a lovely restaurant RIVA ROSA with excellent food. Nice shops too.

Great value for money tour; at €20 per person you can't go wrong. Tour guide was just average. Could do without the trip to Torcello as for me there wasn't much of interest there (would have rathered more time on Burano). Really enjoyed the glass demo on Murano but Burano was our favourite part. Beautiful island. Overall a great experience.

Good trip, not very organised though
We booked this trip to see the different islands surrounding Venice, it was a very nice afternoon.

You first go to Murano, see a glass blowing presentation, which was very interesting, with a very small amount of time to explore the island.

You the go to Torcello, again interesting but there isn’t much there!

Burano is the last stop, which is beautiful, although you are forced to see a lace making presentation, and then asked to go upstairs where ladies try and sell you all sorts of expensive lace, which is not my thing and this took up a lot of time on this beautiful island.

The biggest downside is the organisation, we went to the meeting place, no one was there to meet us, they were due to meet us at 14:15, they didn’t turn up until 14:35 and we almost missed the boat as they were rushing to get moving again, luckily we spotted the boat before they left without us!

Save your money and just use a waterbus pass!
Aug 2019
We booked this tour and practically begged to get a refund even before we started (we didn't get it). The experience started when they told everyone with a ticket to go to the enclosed front of the ship (no air conditioning, very little air) where we waited for about 15 minutes while someone checked our tickets (I don't understand why they couldn't check the tickets before we boarded). After leaving 15 minutes of sitting in the oppressive heat, we began. Our guide was incomprehensible to us. I presume her Italian was great, but English not as much. After a 45 minute boat ride to Murano (the waterbus only takes 20!) in the stifling heat with very little air and no water provided we got to the first stop. By this point several members of my family got heatstroke just from the boat ride!
Do yourself a favor and just buy a waterbus pass. You can go and come as you like, you'll won't roast in the inside of a boat and you won't miss much in the way of any explanation. If you really want a tour-- I recommend you choose another one.

Its almost impossible to find the boat in the Venezia.
On the peer no tent, no signboards, no staff who can advice where is exactly embarkation point.
Clients are waiting 20-30 minutes under the sun.

Onboard was extremely stuffy, it is better to change the boat type for summer season or remove the windows glasses at all.
Guide voice cannot be heard due to the high volume of engine.

Torchello island is an whole and there is nothing to do, its time westing.

Enjoyable Afternoon
Jul 2019
Really enjoyed seeing Murano and Burano but I don't think Torcello was worth it. I would have preferred longer in Murano. You are picked up at the back of KFC and dropped off at St Mark's Square. You get to see glass making at Murano which then doesn't leave you much time to explore the island before you are back on the boat. Well worth doing to see these islands.

beautiful islands to visit
Jun 2019 • Couples
Really enjoyed visiting these three islands, Murano for its hand blown glass, Torcello for the lovely canal and gardens and Burano for the colored houses and lace. Just not enough time on each.

Ok tour of islands
Jun 2019 • Family
Nice to see the glassmakers at work on Murano and Burano was absolutely picturesque, but Torcello was a waste of time. This is a good trip if you have little time in Venice, and do not mind being herded around, but you can actually buy a 24h ticket and see Burano and Murano on your own at your own pace. The cost would be the same. The guidance was dispensable.
