This was a memorable tour during our 2023 Christmas season
The places where the tour guide took us to, were decorated nicely and it gave us a true feeling of the start of the Christmas season. The kids really enjoyed the atmosphere in the streets and the tour guide's story of the Christmas tree. We also purchased some locally made products at the traditional Christmas Market. This was a memorable tour during our 2023 Christmas season.

We waited - guide did not show for pre-paid tour
We booked a private Florence Love Stories walking tour through WithLocals. We were at the meeting point on time and tried to contact the guide. Finally as we were leaving after waiting for 25 minutes, the guide returned my call and said he had been in an accident that earlier and would not make it.
