The tour starts from the port and sails eastwards in the direction of Poetto, passing in front of S.Elia, Cala Bernat, Cala Mosca and the old animal house, Cala Fighera where we will make the first stop for a swim, the Grotta dei Colombi where we will see the face of the Devil and you will be told the legend that gives its name to the Devil's Saddle to get to the Gasole pools where the white cliffs overlook the crystalline emerald sea of the Devil's Saddle, if the sea is rough you will continue to the first stop of the Poetto. Passengers will be offered the opportunity to purchase cold drinks and snacks After a break to immerse yourself in the waters of the gulf for snorkelling, you will return to the port. An intense experience, conducted by an expert skipper and welcomed by a hostess who will tell you legends and ancient history of the places we will see throughout the journey. On this tour you will sail only if safety conditions and wind direction allow it.

Bad attitude
Sadly, we didn’t get a chance to go as I thought I had booked it for Monday, whilst in fact I had booked it for the day before. This was totally my mistake - I booked a bunch of stuff and got this one wrong by one day. Alma reached out to me via WhatsApp at 3:06pm, thinking we were late (by 6min) and spoke to me like one would talk to a 5 year-old kid, and that’s the problem here. People make mistakes, but it doesn’t give you a free pass to be disrespectful to your customers. My husband (who is Italian) called her to apologise and explained the situation. Of course, she didn’t want to accommodate us for another day which came as no surprise to me considering how rude she was via text. Thankfully GetyourGuide through which we booked this tour was accommodating, but with regards to Alma, I cannot recommend her service.

Brilliant
This boat trip was amazing and great value for money. Two of my friends and I throughly enjoy our time from start to finish. The crew were very friendly and also spoke about the history of the island during our trip. I would highly recommend anyone visiting Cagliari to book this 😃

Given the poor customer journey and the lack of support experienced, I can confidently say that I will never recommend their services to anyone. The way they handled the situation, or rather, failed to handle it, is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction. We have travelled from Oristano to Cagliari to take the 10.00 am cruise. Even though they have confirmed 2 days in advance and we made a pre payment, when we were to embarq we have been told that we can not due to overbooking. It felt dissapointing, as they could havw told us before or manage better their bookings. We hope to get the refund

Great experience with bonus dolphin sighting

We had booked this sail and the day of it looked like we may have rain. Alma messaged us with plenty of time asking if we would still like to go out. We decided to take a chance even though it was cloudy, and we are so glad we did. Alma did a great job of telling us about the local history and pointing out historical landmarks. We were given ample time to swim in both coves which we had all to ourselves. As we were pulling back into the harbor, we spotted dolphins and our captain headed in that direction rather than back to the dock. We spent about 20 minutes in the harbor with the pod of dolphins which was incredible. Alma and the team went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience. I would recommend this tour to anyone. We also got to see a flock of flamingos flying overhead which was an added bonus.

Gorgeous

We loved the sailing trip with Alma and her husband. The landscapes were splendid and it allowed us to access and swim in magnificent coves of turquoise water. Alma tells us the history of the island throughout the crossing, in both English and French.
The little extra, Alma offers us a tasting of local products (cold meats/cheese) and a glass of wine, very pleasant.
We highly recommend!

Disappointing

We went after we had a wonderful trip in the North to Maddalena in the North of the island. We loved that experience and were very disappointed from this tour. The tour only leads you to a super crowded beach (Poetto) that can be easiliy reached by car. On the way you pass the Devil's saddle, but there is no stop, no explanation, nothing. I also think nobody spoke English.
I would go on a boat because in enables you to reach beaches and places that are not accesible by land. This tour was unneccessary.
If I could decide again, I would take a kayak from Poetto beach to the Devil's Saddle. We could see the groups going there and stopping for swimming and snorcheling in a nice cove.

Favorite Part of My Trip!

did this boat excursion with two friends it was cost friendly as a college student on study abroad but also so much fun! our guides were so friendly and gave us good tips of where to go. also the wine and sardinian snacks served were a great treat! would 100% do again!!

Wonderful - Best thing in Cagliari

Absolutely wonderful experience. Alma and Patrick are warm, friendly hosts and made me feel totally at ease. Everything was great - from the welcome to the commentary, the swimming and the snacks. We saw lots of dolphins - including 3 baby dolphins! The boat itself is very pretty, and there’s a swimming ladder so it’s easy to get in and off for swimming (I was worried as I have a bad arm, but it was totally fine). This was my favourite part of my trip to Cagliari and I would recommend it to everyone.

Perfect way to spend a birthday

We were picked up in Cagliari at 10am and they were a lovely couple who took up on the trip. They gave us some information on various parts of the trip which was good.
The sea was a beautiful and we had a lovely swim with the fish. They had goggles that we borrowed to see the fish and it was beautiful. When getting back on the boat after our swim we had a small glass of white wine or water and a little taste of some Sardina meat and wine.
There was space to sunbathe and take in the views. We had a lovely day and a beautiful way to spend my friends birthday.

Best activity in Cagliari

The best experience of our time in Sardinia. It was very hot and having the awning and mats was a very comfortable and pleasant walk. We stopped to bathe in two beautiful places and were offered glasses to see the bottom and floats to stay enjoying the water for a long time. Then easy board the boat, shower and follow the ride with all the explanations.. until we sailed and saw dolphins. Perfect everything. Thanks for your sympathy!! You made us feel like we were on a friend's boat!!

Excellent trip

Excellent trip with a really friendly crew. There were 8 guests in total and we had a really relaxing time. Their English was fantastic and they pointed out sights along the shoreline. Stopped at a lovely calm area of sea for a swim before heading back with traditional Sardinian snacks and wine. Would recommend
