We toured around Sicily for 2 weeks and booked multiple transfers. Every transfer was on time and the drivers were always super helpful and friendly. The vehicles were all very clean and had power outlets etc. Great communication too if you have any questions or issues. Would always use for future trips to Sicily.

I booked a transfer from Palermo to an abby 1.5 hours from the city and then back again two days later. The van came on time and was a very nice Mercedes. Everything was great although they don't send confirmations the day before to confirm that they are coming. However, I texted the number they provided using WhatsApp and they confirmed everything quickly.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Unfulfilled Tour and Unjustified "No Show" Claim I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service my wife and I received during our recent booking for the "Palermo: Bus Tour to Noto, Ortigia, and Siracusa" on August 09, 2024. We paid in advance and were provided with instructions stating we would be picked up from our hotel lobby at 6:00 am on the day of the tour. We arrived in the lobby at 5:45 am and waited patiently by the door from 6:00 am onwards. We waited for 45 minutes, during which time we saw several guests being picked up for other tours and deliveries being made. We approached every vehicle—cars, vans, and buses—that arrived between 6:00 and 6:45 am, showing our voucher to each driver, but none of them were there for us. Throughout this entire period, both my wife and I had our phones with us. We did not receive any calls, nor is there any record of missed calls on our phones. We attempted to contact the number provided in the instructions twice but only reached a recorded message. Following this, my wife sent three emails to Tour Transfer City, as suggested, to confirm our phone number and our situation. After being abandoned and with no response from Tour Transfer City, we contacted Get Your Guide, the website through which we made the booking. They apologized for the inconvenience and initially offered to reimburse us. However, we were later informed by Get Your Guide that Tour Transfer City refused to provide a refund, falsely claiming that we were a "no show." (Get Your Guide has promised to process it anyway) Tour Transfer City claim is simply untrue. Tour Transfer City did not show up as scheduled, and we have no missed calls or any communication attempts from your company. On the contrary, we have proof of our multiple attempts to contact you—both by phone and email—to no avail. I am appalled by the dishonest and untrustworthy behavior exhibited by Tour Transfer City. It is clear from other customer testimonials that this is not an isolated incident, but a pattern of deceptive behavior. It is unacceptable to treat customers in this manner, and I demand a full refund for the service that was not provided. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution to this matter. We did not find our driver at the Airport, at first, bc lacking of nametag. He messaged me on Whatsapp which I never use, missed the messages for that reason. After a good while we found each other though, and ride was perfect. I would suggest you point out on your website that communications go on Whatsapp. (I called and sent email, none worked at the time). This company is on Whatsapp, just make people aware! Thanks for transportation with nice, clean car and kind, knowledgeable driver. I recommend this company 👍

I do not understand where Sicily Airports Transfer got such a rating, thanks to which I chose it. This is the worst transfer in my life. Is it even legal in Italy to carry a family with two children with an open door tied with a rope? Dust and terrible noise, as a compliment from the company. I am attaching a photo. Plus, for some reason the driver drove along a free mountain road (explaining his decision by a traffic jam on a toll road, but the journey time was the same) and the children, combined with the mountain serpentine and the noise from the open door, arrived green with nausea.

After 24hrs of traveling and missed connections our driver Daniele was waiting for us in the terminal and we had a really pleasant ride where he gave us so much info about the area, like a tour guide. He dropped us in Cefalu where it was easy to roll our suitcases into centro. The communication was good with Sicily transports via email inbetween our changing flights and new itinerary were read and returned, the only thing I didn’t like was the website, where I made the reservation it wasn’t letting me update the new times for pick up. Fortunately they read emails and there’s a what’sapp number for contact.

Both of our drivers were so welcoming and very friendly on the drive! We are very lucky to have met them last year and were very happy to use them again this year!

We used Sicily Airports Transfer & Tour to go to the Palermo Airport. The van was comfortable, and our ride was on time. The driver was friendly.

My mom and I used Sicily Airport Transfer for roundtrip transfers between the Palermo airport and our hotel. The drivers were friendly, the vehicles were clean, and everything ran perfectly on time. I would definitely use their services again!

We spent three days with Mauricio Escobar Fernandez in Santiago and surrounding area. We communicated for several months before the trip. He sent lots of information about the area and suggestions for tours, including prices which are very reasonable. We hadn't been in Chile an hour when I fell flat on my face and knees in the parking garage at the airport. (I was so disgusted with myself.) Mauricio was so concerned and helpful. We had planned a tour for that day, but he kindly took us to the hotel to recuperate and checked in later. Luckily, we were still able to enjoy two days with him. He was so thoughtful in adapting his tour to my injury. He speaks both English and Spanish and is very knowledgeable of the the area and its people. He takes you beyond the regular tourist areas to give you a true picture of the culture. We saw Santiago, Valparaiso, Vina del Mar, and enjoyed the Casablanca winery. Mauricio is a treasure and a wonderful representative of his country. You will feel that you've made a friend and be sad to leave him.

🔥DANIEL IS THE BEST DRIVER IN PALERMO!🔥He perfectly drove me to Monreale to see the breathtaking Cathedral with giant Jesus in gold - then we went to Castelbouno to have this amazing dessert place that gave delicious Christmas cake!! And then we went to Cefalu OMG THE BEST BEACH EVER the beach colour is INSANELY beautiful seriously the best of Mediterranean Sea😍❤️❤️❤️I skipped a lot of free time within the cities and asked if we could go Mondello real quick for a photo and Daniel kindly got the company to agree WHICH I AM SO GRATEFUL FOR (thank you so much!!😍❤️❤️❤️) and Daniel also took me to a surprise place called Sferacavallo!! Only the locals know this place and it was STUNNING!!🤩❤️❤️❤️Thank you again to Daniel who was full of humour, warmth, kindness, knowledge and he made my visit to Palermo an amazing one! This company is 10/10 SERIOUSLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!🤩❤️❤️❤️🔥🔥🔥💫✨

Lorenzo was a great and capable driver. The tour was self-guided which we enjoyed doing on our own at our own pace. He gave a recommendation of where to eat in Cefalu. We really enjoyed visiting all three towns and seeing the beautiful countryside and coast line!

The drivers were there on time, at the pick-up the driver was waiting for me and the whole trip went smooth
