I wanted to express our sincere thanks for the wonderful experience we had on our recent tour of Mount Etna. We had an outstanding time, and it was truly a day we will never forget. Simone, our guide, did a fabulous job of sharing fascinating information about Mount Etna and giving us deep insights into Sicilian culture. He made the day not only informative but also incredibly fun and memorable. Thank you, Simone, and the entire team, for making this such a special experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed the sailing experience - the skipper and our guide Bruna were very knowledgeable and we had a fantastic experience. We swam near the rocks and saw many crabs and fish on the ocean floor. There was a lot of bread, olives, tomatoes and other foods offered on the boat, and the chilled drinks were gratefully accepted. We all had a great time overall. The only confusing part was trying to find the meeting point as it was a little hidden. It is located at the 'Club Nautico Catania' on maps, next to the Vecchia Dogana (top of the left jetty at the Port of Catania).

Overall the trip was fantastic value for money. The food tasting session was excellent with breads, olives and tomatoes, plus some nice wine too. There was even a special surprise before we left the farm! There was time to pick up some great souvenirs before driving up the rest of the way. We stopped to look into a lava cave which was very impressive. The views from Crateri Silvestri were stunning. Our guide Peppe was really knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour, making the trip even more memorable. I would highly recommend this tour.

If you're planning a trip to Sicily, the "Etna Tribe" excursion to Etna and Taormina is an absolute must-do, and I can't recommend it enough. Our guide, Andrea, made the experience unforgettable. His extensive knowledge, friendly demeanor, and genuine passion for the region added so much value to our trip. Not only did he expertly guide us through the stunning landscapes of Mount Etna and the charming town of Taormina, but he also shared invaluable tips on must-see spots and must-try eateries in Catania. Andrea went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible, making this excursion truly worth every penny. If you're in Sicily, don't miss this incredible adventure. I’ve already recommended it to all my friends, and I’m sure you’ll love it too!

Great experience. Very beautiful view of Etna. Very informative. Tommaso was superb- clearly very knowledgeable. He was also very personable and a great driver on challenging roads. A few things that could be improved : the tasting portion felt rushed, and there were zero accommodations made for people with allergies or other intolerances. You just end up missing out. A simple substitution - or just another of the samples that you could tolerate would have been appreciated. It should also be mentioned that you need a decent fitness level for this tour. And finally- 10 degreas cooler than downtown is 10 degrees Celsius cooler- something to remind non-European guests. Would still do it again and recommend it!

We just had the most amazing sunset tour with Angelo. He explained everything to us along the way and was never in a hurry. Very knowledgeable and great host. Really great tour.

An unforgettable half day at Mount Etna. Our tour guide, Andrea Sciacca, made everything easy and fun. He has excellent knowledge of the area and really has a knack for engaging everyone. Mount Etna, of course, speaks for itself. The cable cars were easy on and off and it felt quite adventurous to reach over 3500 meters. The volcanologist explained everything in multiple languages and was informative. As to the food and wine tasting, it felt a bit rushed. The food tasting consisted of samples of crostini with different indigenous spreads. The wine samples were quite small. We found the aperitif tasting more interesting. It was basically a sampling in a gift shop so that you might purchase what you were sampling. All in all, I’d highly recommend this tour, especially if you are lucky enough to have Andrea as guide.

Started said that at the end I was not able to do the activity because after few minutes we started the trip from catania my child became sick. So we have to stop before arriving to monte etna and take a taxi back to Catania (€45). We kindly ask for a refund (also partial) they answer said bla bla bla..we can offer a 30% discount on another activity if you still are in Sicilia..poor assistance poor customer attention

Excellent 9 hour trip. Walked up to craters. Guide explained types of rock and how Etna erupts. Then we had a tasting of spices, jams, wine and liqueurs. Went to a cave that spent over a hour in Taormini witch is very picturesque. Great value tour.

Couldn’t have asked for a better tour guide, Simone was absolutely amazing! Lots of laughter and explanations all the way through.

It was a great way to spend the day. Our guide, Simone, was so knowledgeable and had every answer to even our most niche geological inquiries. So many options once you reach Mt. Etna, depending on your personality style. Would you rather cycle up the summit ? Go crazy on some ATVs on volcanic ash ? Or simply take it easy with a cable-car ride to the top ? One of the best features, however, was the sampling of Sicilian local foods—these people really known how to work a pistachio! Taormina was a nice, relaxing way to end the day. Quaint, tourist town with a plethora of bars and restaurants where you can try an icy Granita—try the pistachio one while overlooking the Roman Theatre !!!!

Perfect ！Fun！Mt Etna was calm .Wine sampling ,lunch and honey were very nice.Guide was best .Very kind guide .We enjoyed her talk.I recommend this program to 50～70 years old pair. Because this program was easy to join.

This experience was absolutely unforgettable. Our guide, Tommaso, was incredibly kind, always explaining everything with clarity and enthusiasm. His good humor made the whole tour even more enjoyable, and his deep knowledge of the area really shone through. The experience was further enhanced by the tasting of local products, the flavors were authentic and delicious, providing a wonderful taste of the region. This tour offers breathtaking views of Mount Etna with the sunset, it was really beautiful. I highly recommend this tour !

What a great day! From pick up to drop off, our guide Claudio was friendly, informative and helpful. We followed his advice and took the quad bike tour around Etna, experiencing the vast and many different landscapes of the area. It was such good fun and a great way to explore. The local food sampling finished off a superb day. Would highly recommend this trip!

Had a fantastic trip with Florence ,our Guide. Really knowledgeable and very friendly. Enjoyed all the food and wine, some great flavours.. Loved the cave and the hike up to the top of the crater . Quite cold and windy at the top best with a jumper. Really liked the walk back through the 2002 lava field.
