The best day on our travels through Florence! Emiliano took us on a wonderful journey through the countryside, he is a very informative guide. It was a full day of adventures with some time to wander around in each place ourselves, we took the opportunity to visit the Cathedral in Siena, a must-do (9€ fast access ticket per person), and we walked the walls and visited the small museum in Monteriggio (4€ per person). The lunch was fabulous and we were lucky to have a great group. The day ended with an excellent tasting session of wines, olive oil and balsamic at a beautiful estate- and MORE food along with it! One has the opportunity to buy some of the excellent red and white wines there at a discounted rate, for shipping home directly.
All Covid precautions taken made us feel safe, with a small group. Note that the time of departure is 8.30, not 8.45-read the fineprint.

Early start and as soon as we arrived at the coach we were fondly greeted. The drive through the Tuscan countryside on a sunny Sunday morning was just fabulous and the best way to take it all in with wonderful informative commentary from Ellisabette explaining local features as we passed…in 4 languages!!..the stop offs gave us ample time to explore and have coffee breaks. It just happened to be my 52nd birthday this day, my wife mentioned it in passing in the morning, I had ice cream in San Gimignano, extra desserts in Siena and, at the vineyard a cake was presented with a glass of Prosecco, and a rousing rendition of ‘Happy Birthday’all arranged by Ellisabetta, this made an already splendidday that much more special!!
Cannot recommend this trip highly enough with a host that simply loves her job and passionately cares for all on her coach
Bellissimo!!

We made this tour and with the exception of the restaurant in Siena everything was very pleasant. The guide Emiliano and the driver Tiziano were always very professional, available and friendly and the tour is well set up, despite having little time in Siena. Maybe you can forget about the Monterrigioni stop and have some more time! But the restaurant La Favorita doesn't deserve to be on a tour like this and be your partner! They know they are going to serve lunch to more than 40 people and they don't even have toilet paper in the bathrooms, where the cisterns no longer worked. Lunch was worth the starters (although they were all swapped – vegan and normal – and were replaced with people at the table... which was not very hygienic in Covid times!). The "pasta with meat" was very bad and the dessert are simple and normal pastry miniatures!

It was nice day trip to see amazing cities of Siena and San Gimignano and that is what I liked ride to the different cities. Guide spoke broken English like he survived a stroke and just recovering. Maybe he was ill and thus I apologize if he is recovering but still he shouldn't be in charge of large groups. Wine testing was such a scam. We were taken in newly build vinery where we were placed in big room and presented a products with sole intention to sell as much as possible. Although wine was good quality as well as olive oil it was not the level that it should be. Like there are not some really old wineries where you can have feeling that you're tasting quility in historic settings. As I mentioned at the beginning it was nice city break but overpriced and turist trap overall. You can do it better on your own.

Elisabetta was amazing! Super accommodating and great with languages. She really altered the trip based on the groups' preferences. The towns that we visited were very interesting and we got a lot of freedom to shop and walk around on our own. The wine tasting was very informational and fun and lively as well.

Not as expected. I originally booked for the three towns, wine tasting, lunch with guided tours and admission to the Siena Cathedral. Siena was disappointing as we had so little time to see the town. A 25 minute tour was all we had. No cathedral or time to see it. The other two towns were just shopping opportunities, no guide, no history.

We took the tour with the Sienna city tour, which costs €10 more.
Two things which led me to a really Low review-
* instead of a wine estate, we were taken to a SHOP at the very outskirts of Monteriggioni, and the company’s vineyards are nowhere close. So if you are expecting to visit a wine estate and see greenery around of the beautiful Tuscan hills- you don’t see that at all. Sharing pics of the location of wine tasting.
* the Sienna tour was very rushed, they showed you everything from outside. No entry included or tour guide include for inside the cathedral.

Apart from that, the bus ride was comfortable and the wines we tasted were quite good, just that it was inside a room far from the vineyards which you can do in any good wine bar in Florence as well.

Five stars for Francesco for making the trip much more enjoyable. The itinerary was packed and exciting- especially Sienna and San Gimignano are beautiful places to visit. Wine tasting was well beyond expectations. Slight disappointed by the guided tour in Sienna (would have preferred more free time), the lack of much information received before getting on the coach, and the pick up spot in Florence a bit out of town and not the easiest to find. All in all it was fun, and a cost- and time-effective way to experience some of the gems of Tuscany away from Florence.

We completed the full tour with lunch with Elizabeth and Raoul and really enjoyed the experience. It was a great way to explore more of Tuscany as we didn't have a car during our trip and we would definitely recommend. The tour is well organised and includes structured walking tour in Siena with a knowledgeable guide, wine tasting in Chianti as well as free time to explore the other stops. San Gimignano was absolutely beautiful and the wine tasting was very enjoyable too!

Francesco, our guide, was an enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide who facilitated a fun filled, wine filled glorious time through some of the famous and beautiful parts of Tuscany.

Given COVID-19, we were a small group totaling 7 travellers and felt like we were on a private tour. The whole day was great with particular highlights having time in always beautiful Siena, the generous wine and olive oil (and the truffle oil is to die for) tastings served with antipasti at Tenuta Torciano not far from the historical centre of San Gimignano and San Gimignano itself with its 'skyscrapers' and evocative, romantic views of the Tuscan countryside.

An excellent tour representing excellent value for money. Highly recommended.
