They came to our villa and cooked us the most wonderful meal! It was the perfect end to our Italy vacation. They are delightful people, kind and humorous. Would recommend them to anyone thinking about wanting a personalized experience.

Cinzia was a wonderful hostess as she welcomed us into her home and began to teach us to make homemade pasta (gnocchi, ravioli and tagliatelle) along with sauces using pumpkin, artichokes, pears, sausage and leaks. She was patient and wise and we had fun and enjoyed her amazing kitchen with all the best equipment-it was such a great experience for us and the food turned out to be delicious and very “Florentine”! By the end of the evening we were like family…highly recommend this experience while you are visiting Florence.

This unique cooking and dining experience was a real highlight of our trip. We met Fabio at a specific location in Florence and he drove us to his beautiful countryside home located on a hill top. He stopped along the way so we can enjoy the breathtaking views and beautiful sunset. Christiane, Fabio's warm and charming wife welcomed us into their home when we arrived and we toasted the evening with a delicious glass of wine. Fabio's passion for cooking becomes evident the minute you step into the kitchen and we begin to prepare the meal. All ingredients were fresh and local, Christiane even went outside to pick some fresh herbs which we added to the creation. The food was spectacular and the risotto was the most delicious I have ever tasted. Not only is the evening filled with the most delicious meal it's packed with conversation as if you are dining with friends who have known for many years. This truly was an experience not just a cooking class.

Our cooking experience with Maria was absolutely wonderful. Her countryside home was beautiful and we felt immersed in the Tuscan culture. We made 2 Italian dishes that were new to us and loved both of them. She emailed us all of the recipes as well as others that we can make at home. We also enjoyed learning about her life as an architect and enjoyed the house tour. We highly recommend this experience with Maria!

Our day with Maria was magical. She is so kind and gracious. We loved our tour of the market and our time at her home cooking and chatting was perfect. We loved learning all that we did and she has I inspired us to cook more Italian at home in Texas! You will enjoy Maria’s hospitality if you choose to take a class from her.

Fantastic food and beautiful home aside, Maria delivered the passion for hospitality that the Italian culture is known for. My husband and I visited many historic places while in Italy. This experience was a standout; delicious food and a welcome respite for the road weary traveler. All that, and finally, I can make my own pasta!!!! Grazie, Grazie, Maria!

We had the best time at the Tuscan Cooking Class! I am gluten free and my husband is not. We made every dish both ways. Miravella and Stephano were very careful not to have any cross contamination. The gluten free pastas were outstanding. It was a lovely day in their kitchen and garden. They are wonderful cooks, teachers, and hosts.

Our cooking experience with Maria was informative, fun, and delicious. We learned the techniques and recipes for a 4-course meal in a beautiful Tuscan setting outside the city of Florence. Maria was a relaxed and gracious host, and we would be happy to experience a cooking session with her again.

Great food, great view and great time! Fabio and Christine live in a house high above the City. They invited us to their home where we made fresh homemade pasta, hummus, a seafood entre and a cake for desert, all from scratch. Fabio taught us as we went, and when done we enjoyed the entire meal in their dining room with them over several bottles of wine. We made a fresh italian meal in an italian home and shared it with an italian family. How special! We loved this experience.

Maria met us by a market and gave us a very interesting tour while buying the ingredients for our lunch. She then took us to her beautiful old house in the countryside. This made an enjoyable change from being in the crowded centre of Florence. She prepared our lunch and helped us to take part in the preparation. We then ate lunch together. Maria’s husband Marco joined us and they were very good company. We felt very welcome. We were asked about our preferences and followed Maria’s suggestions. The lunch was delicious and very different from the more popular restaurant dishes. I would advise anyone to be open to Maria’s ideas as the result will be excellent and more interesting. We had a lovely and memorable day.

Look no further for the best cooking ( and eating) experience in the hills above Florence! Fabio picked us up and transported us to a pastoral setting and his villa, , high above Florence, with spectacular views. He and his charming wife, Christian, are lovely hosts, and the 4 of us had a fantastic time making homemade tagliatelle with a yummy red sauce with fresh sardines, fresh cod with potatoes, wild mushrooms with herbs( gathered by Chris that morning on their property ) and Fabio’s special apple cake. We learned some new cooking techniques, all the while, eating homemade bread, pecorino cheese, delicious chutney , and of course drinking wine ! Eating this amazing food with equally amazing people is an intimate and delightful way to learn about Italian culture , food , and wine ! This experience was one of the highlights of our 3 weeks in Tuscany ! Escape the beautiful city of Florence and all the hustle and bustle , and enjoy this memorable cooking and dining experience!

This was such a unique and AWESOME experience. She met us at a local market that had some history to it. We made up our menu there, on the spot. Then she drove us and another couple to her breathe taking home. We all worked on different parts of the meal. Then we sat down with gorgeous view and enjoyed our meal together. My only suggestion for Christina- have a little more wine. But it a very awesome experience. We recommended her and this experience to everyone! If we go back to Florence, we definitely do this one again.

Antonella & Riccardo are the best!! Antonella is a tremendous chef & patient teacher, Riccardo adds humor & cleanup. We learned so much and enjoyed great food. Loved every minute of our evening together-- truly the highlight of our stay in Tuscany! Grazie con amore!!

The highlight of our trip! What an incredible experience Maria offers. She picked us up and drove us to her absolutely charming home. Conversation was lively and intelligent. And her cooking is amazing! We truly enjoyed the learning, the instructions and the demonstrations! The food was amazing but to sit and eat it with her in her home truly elevated this experience. It was a wonderful opportunity that I am so glad we did!!

Maria was great! She walked us around the market and then drove us to her home where we prepared a meal together. She spoke English very well and we had a great time chatting.
