I was Very disappointed that the trip was cancelled at less than 24 hours notice with a very poor alternative offered to me.

Really glad we did the trek up to the top of the Domo, the view over Florence was amazing in all directions. Ticket also provides access to three other sites and is valid over 3 days, something I didn't realise. My knees aren't the best and I have to be honest and say the 463 stairs were challenging. No many places to take a rest either. Several sections were very steep, almost like a ladder, so I guess I'm advising if the joints aren't good and your fitness level is below average, maybe consider an alternative. But if the above doesn't frighten you, go for it. Best view in town.

Lorenzo our driver was exceptionally! He was very personable and gave some information about the surrounding area on our drive to Pisa and Florence. If you book this tour ask for Lorenzo as your driver! The walking tour for Florence was a bit rushed.

Booked this tour and paid in advance. Asked for a 730am pick up time. Tour operator told us they would try to arrive by 745am. We needed 3 vans for our family. Only 1 can was there at 745. The others didn’t arrive until 815. We went to Pisa but the place was starting to get crowded but the time all three cans arrived the place was packed. We were then taken to Florence where we met a guide. During our tour of Florence, the guide keep saying “if you guys weren’t late I would be able to show you more”. Disappointed we were treated poorly even though we weren’t the reason we were late.

We had a wonderful tour with Ivana. Was so nice to drive through all the best sites on a golf cart in that heat! Ivana is friendly and well informed about the history and also good with eats and treats advice on where to eat and have the best coffee in Rome. We had a great time!

Came here with my family. The Pitti Palace and Boboli Gardens were beautiful. Our tour guide Fabrizio was fanstastic, very knowledgeable.

We took the chianti tour. It was really amazing and our tour guide Giacomo was amazing very informative and made us love the tour even more! Definitely worth it if Giacomo is your tour guide!

They canceled on us with less than 24 hour notice. We missed our only opportunity to visit a cooking class while in Florence. Not a well run business!

Donato was an excellent guide , very knowledgeable. He took us through the important highlights of the museum . We understood the historical significance of each piece. Met efficiently snd got through the line easily. Private guide is the way to go. Highly recommended.

This tour is well worth the money. You get to see and get a feel for all the places in Florence. The guide was great and very professional and allowed you time to take pictures.

This was perfect to see all the areas of Florence, especially for first time visitors. We loved the complete tour ending at Piazzale Michelangelo. We had a young child with us and she loved it. Aziz was our driver and he was so much fun and informative. I recommend this tour for all.

Our guide was lovely, and led us on a route that covered the main sights and was really useful for giving us an overview of the city and where we wanted to explore further. She showed us photos of the interiors of buildings on an iPad, which was helpful. However, the actual description of the places visited was given through individual audio devices and earphones. This worked well from the point of view of being accessible to speakers of different languages, but the content was very ‘text book’ and dry, and lacking the personal touch of a live guide. We also realised the voices were AI-generated. Not a patch on listening to a real person speaking live, and able to interact.

Our recent experience with Accord Tours was a nightmare. We purchased a 3-day pass for the Cathedral & Brunelleschi's Dome Ticket & Audio App from Accord through GetYourGuide, expecting a smooth and enjoyable experience. However, what we got was anything but. Despite receiving assurances via email from Accord that we could pick up our tickets at any time during the 3-day period, we were shockingly denied the tickets when we arrived to collect them a day into the activity. Christian, the Accord representative we dealt with in person, was unapologetic and outright hostile, insisting that we had failed to adhere to their instructions. We even presented the email confirmation we received (see picture), only to be met with dismissive and disrespectful behavior. As a result of Accord's false communication, we missed out on the dome climb – an anticipated highlight of our trip to Florence. What's worse, despite their blatant mistake, Accord offered no refund or compensation for the inconvenience and disappointment they caused. Fortunately, GetYourGuide understood our situation and offered us a refund in lieu of the one we couldn't get from Accord. While we appreciate their efforts to rectify the situation, it doesn't excuse the deceptive practices of Accord Tours. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by steering clear of Accord Tours.

This is a hidden treasure, so much to see, lots of history re Romans, Greeks, Egyptians and Etruscan. Don’t know why this is not on the “to do” list for Florence, seems to have been missed for some reason. There is a great collection of different periods, different civilisations, great collection of sarcophagus’s, mummies, artefacts, sculptures. You name it, they’ve got it. Very informative and well curated. Allow at least 3 hours. Didn’t realise how big the collection was. It’s over 3 floors, wear comfy shoes. There is no cafe but there are toilets.

We reserved the Florence Cathedral Guided Tour via HeadOut. We were met on time and at the meeting point by a member of the Accord Italy Tours. Then....Oh Oh....we were told that the guide would be delayed an hour...Oh Oh. We went for a couple of drinks, returned to the meeting point and no tour guide. We were in communication with the agency via WhatsApp and was told just to wait a few minuted and the guide would be there...Oh Oh. Ten minuted later Eva showed up, very apologetic, and what the heck, at least she showed up. WOW was Eva good, she guided us through the Cathederal (we were the only couple that day, so it was like a private tour), the Baptistry, and Cathedral Museum. Eva was super knowledgable and very nice. Afternoon started shady but turned out to be a terrific tour/afternoon.
