Antonella helped add to the awe of the Vatican
We toured the Vatican with Antonella today starting with the Vatican Museums and ending with St Peter’s Basilica. We found her to be very knowledgable, very personable and very easy to understand! We would highly recommend her services!

    Authentic Roman Experience
Raffaella is beyond perfection. I reached out to Andrea with an outline of what I wanted to see in Rome. He came back to me with a perfect detailed day by day itinerary. We spent 5 days touring with Raffaella as our private guide. She was the perfect guide for us. So friendly and down to earth it was like we knew her for years. She's extremely knowledgeable and very passionate of Roman history and the stories behind the scenes and how everything is linked was so fascinating. She took us to the best gelato shop and best homemade pasta restaurant. Also seeing as we have no sense of direction I asked Andrea to arrange a driver to pick us up and drop us off so no worries about getting lost. Bring a former meeting planner I can definitely say that this is the best tour company and I highly recommend to anyone looking for the true Roman experience. I will definitely use them again or my future trips to Italy. Thank you to everyone for making our dream become a great experience. Will be reaching out again for my future trips in Italy.

    Chiara is beyond perfection.
We spent a day and a half, touring Rome with Chiara as our private guide. Finding the words that describe how perfect the adventure was isn't easy. Day 1 - We saw Ancient Rome, had a lovely lunch in the Jewish Ghetto, and finished the day with amazing fountains and the Pantheon. Day 2 - The Vatican! Chiara told the history of Rome in a manner that allowed you to understand that everything is related. It was a captivating experience from start to finish. She even taught us how to pick the best gelato shop. But we would be remiss if we forgot the kind gentlemen who picked us up in the morning and took us to meet Chiara. Can't say enough.

Great guides who provide insights for everyone to enjoy
Great guides Valerio took our family through the colosseum, Roman forum, palatine hill, and the Vatican. The detailed insights, views of the areas, and the extra time spent at St Peters were great, We made the trip along the appian way, Spanish Steps, Bourghese Gallery, Patheon, Baths of Caracalla with Raffaella who shared unique items in every area and provided a great lunch spot. We look forward to our next trip!

    Best Italy Tour Operator 👍
Four of us have been waiting eagerly to tour Italy after the pandemic. I started sending inquiries to individual tour operators for each of the main location such as Venice, Florence, Naples and Amalfi coast and Rome etc. Guidaly was invited to quote for Rome and they were the first one to respond. Upon reviewing all the quotes received for the various locations, Guidaly emerged as the outstanding one as their offer was prompt and comprehensive with very reasonable pricing. I then invited Guidaly to quote for all locations and that’s when I realized Guidaly has an edge over others as they only engage experienced local tour guides and drivers who were born and have been working in the respective locations. Their in-depth local knowledge and experience have proven to be a great advantage as evidenced by all the drivers and tour guides who served us during the whole tour. We enjoyed so much and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Guidaly as I myself will engage Guidaly for my next trip to Italy. Thanks to Andrea and all the tour guides and drivers who made our trip so memorable. Guidaly's Italy Tour: Unforgettable as a holiday experience for its food, wine, history, arts, architecture & pleasure
Three weeks in Italy was a dream come true. In fact, it turned out better than all the dreams I had about Italy for the past 30 years and we had a most exciting holiday, one that was more eventful than that of Book Club: The Next Chapter. The first leg of our tour was an add-on to our Italy itinerary as we decided to cancel our Egypt tour fearing a spillover to Giza from the war in Gaza. It seemed easy enough for us to organise a week in Milan, Bellagio and Bologna ourselves, so we did not engage Guidaly to look after us. What a mistake it turned out to be! We booked an AirBnb apartment in Milan that had a resident ghost. So, one of the men in our group had no choice but to buy a last-minute ticket to La Scala to attend the concert with the rest of us, despite his lack of interest in opera. It was a better (safer) option than to spend a night with the restless ghost on his own. On our journey to Lake Como, one of us left the train one stop too early with someone else's luggage, without her purse and her phone. We were aware that we had to disembark at Como S. Giovanni yet somehow she left the train at Como Nord Lago. ‘Never talk to strangers’ is great advice, because she did not pay attention to where she was, having busied herself in a long conversation with a suave and handsome Arab. Tip: Always watch where your train is stopping! Luckily, we managed to catch the first cab off the rank and rescued her from would-be pickpockets and kidnappers but in our rush, the men in our group almost lost another lady companion behind, as she was impeded by a group of tourists and could not catch up. The hiccup meant we missed our connecting ferry to Bellagio and therefore we spent the next three hours in a restaurant at lake Como and enjoyed the darkness instead of the splendour of the lake on a bright afternoon. We did not realise Bellagio had only six taxis in the whole town, so our first dinner was a 30-minute walk to the restaurant in fading light. It did not help that we were stranded for almost four hours in Lenno, having missed the ferry because we waited behind the station’s hut and were unsighted by the ferryman who simply veered off without stopping at the jetty. Tip: Always be visible to the ferryman! Bologna was our last stop before our tour proper began with Guidaly looking after all our needs. Our handsome guide with the orange umbrella was great, taking us on a fabulous Walking Food Tour in Bologna. We sampled a lot of the best foods in the Emilia-Romagna region and learned the recipe of how to get fat quickly. From Naples onwards, our holiday, although less eventful, was a lot more pleasurable because we were treated like kings and queens by Guidaly’s staff and tour guides. Gone was the need to check and double-check everything ourselves. Everything was clockwork, everyone absolutely professional - friendly and knowledgeable, and expert in their fields. Let me take the opportunity to shout-out to Fulvio, our driver in Naples, a real Italian hunk who could be the next Pavarotti. He was there to greet us at Napoli Centrale and take us everywhere we wanted to go - to Herculaneum (our guide, Andreana, was fantastic with her incredible knowledge), then San Gennaro Catacombs, visit Castel dell'Ovo, drop off to our Don Quixote concert at Teatro di San Carlo. The following day, he even took us to a hospital because one of us was unwell, before resuming our journey to the Amalfi Coast, with stops in Sorrento, Ravello, Amalfi, and a visit at a Limoncello factory. In Florence, Francesco was our superb driver. He was simply brilliant and funny! Our tour guide was also superb. Bianca took us on a six-hour walking tour which included a tour of Oltrarno district, Ponte Vecchio, Piazza della Signoria & Palazzo Vecchio (outside), Piazza della Repubblica, Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore (outside), Mercato Centrale and a sumptuous lunch at San Lorenzo Market. We visited the Uffizi Gallery (reserved entrance included), Palazzo Medici Riccardi (outside) and Accademia Gallery (reserved entrance included). Our second day was spent at the Florentine luthier’s workshop. Paolo Vettori and his sons, Dario and Lapo, gave us a 2-hour lesson in violin-making. We connected so well, they treated us like family and shouted us dinner at a fine restaurant. The following day, Francesco drove us to the Tuscan towns of Pienza, Montepulciano where we were treated to a wonderful lunch. Next stop was a wine-tasting session at Montalcino and our day ended at Siena where we spent the night. In the morning, Lisa our wonderful guide, took us on a walking tour of Siena including Piazza del Campo, Tower of Mangia, Gaia Fountain and Duomo for about two hours. After that, Francesco was there to meet us and took us to Monteriggioni and San Gimignano, where we had lunch at a farm close to the village with wine tastings. We checked into NH Collection Palazzo Gaddi in Florence for the night where we could “almost touch the Duomo”. The following day, Francesco was there to pick us up and took us to Pisa and Lucca. Gabriele was another wonderful tour guide - we learned so much history from her as we did with all the tour guides Guidaly employs. Next stop: Venice. Our private boat ride to the hotel was such a thrill. We did not expect a boat ride to be so uplifting but that was what romantic Venice can dish out in spades. Unfortunately, Stefano the boatman dropped us off at the wrong hotel, which was totally not his fault! We were not aware there were two Canaletto hotels. He dropped us off near the 3-star hotel but ours was the luxury Canaletto Suites overlooking St Marks Square. Dragging our luggage bags looking for it in the tight alleys of Venice was somewhat enchanting and haunting at the same time, as Google maps took us round and round but it was nothing as haunting as in the movie, A Haunting in Venice. Our guide, Caterina, took us on a walking tour of St Mark’s Basilica and a drop off at Stazio Dogana for a gondola ride. Wow, it was so romantic one of us burst into Puccini arias. With heavy hearts, we left Italy after 4 days in Rome. Our guide Maddalena was also fantastic. She did not rush us at all, and allowed us to be free and easy at the Colosseum, Forum, Palatine Hill and the Pantheon. Later, we went our own way to visit Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and Piazza Navona. On the third day, Maddalena took us to the Vatican Museums, with the Sistine Chapel and St Peter’s Basilica. Our last morning in Rome was spent at the Borghese Gallery where Maddalena really showed us her special knowledge of history and art. So, a big thank you to Andrea Pecchi and his wonderful team! Our Italian holiday will be forever a cherished experience, unforgettable and perhaps unsurpassable as our best holiday ever.

a very good tour company that offer private tour
This tour company is very effective, responsive to all of us(6 of us) who are first time to tour Rome for 2 days after our Celebrity cruise ended in Civitavecchia cruise port. They arranged 2 days Rome tour which included all transportation from cruise port /tour Rome/ hotel pick up and drop off . They planned a very nice itinerary that covers most of the popular point of interests during our stay in Rome. They even kept on updated us about our itinerary if any changes required to modify due to unforeseen event occurs. Due to no traffic from cruise port to Rome city, we arrived Rome about 15 minutes earlier to meet our guide, our driver, Alberto took extra effort to show us Rome city from top of the park. Even he does not speak English, he tried his best but we all understood what he was trying to show us. very friendly and impressive. Our guide, Luisa is also very nice , knowledgeable and very helpful to our requests/need that made our 2 days Rome tour a very enjoyable one and providing us a peace of mind that travellers need. I highly recommend this company and definitely we go with them for our next trip to Italy.

Guided tours of all the tourist attractions in Rome
We have just spent a week in Rome and had 5 tours organised by Guidaly, who were very helpful and also made some suggestions above our requests. Our main tour guide, Alice, was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better guide. She was always considerate and asking if we needed breaks, a sit down, refreshments, or comfort breaks. We had 2 other guides, one in Rome and the other in Florence, who were equally helpful and knowledgeably. I would definitely recommend Guidaly 5 stars from us and a huge thank you. 😊 😁

    The greatest tour of Rome
What a great tour company to work with. Andrea worked with me to set up a fantastic tour of Rome for our family group of 8. Alberto, our driver, took us places we would never have seen if we had taken the cruise line tour. He was knowledgeable and fun to be with. Antonella, our guide, was the best guide we have ever had on our many trips. Because we were 8 people, the bus can only hold 9 people (that includes the driver), she agreed to stay with us the whole tour and she went out of her way to take public transportation to meet us at our next destination. You will not get that from a ship tour. Guidaly will give you the best experience. Thank you Andrea, Alberto and Antonella.

An extraordinary experience with exceptional guides
Do not hesitate to book with Andrea and his team. We echo other reviewers here who had amazing experiences with Guidaly guides and drivers. We spent 2.5 days with Raffaella in Rome, 2.5 days in Florence/Tuscany with Bianca and Francesco, an afternoon in Pompeii with Andrean and 1.5 days with Fulvio in Naples/Amalfi Coast. All of them were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and delightful company. We learned so much from each of them! Guidaly isn't your average tour company. With Andrea's help we were able to customize the perfect itinerary for our family. Andrea is meticulous and thorough with planning, and provides terrific recommendations of things to do and see. During our travel, he was even in communication with our guides making sure things ran smoothly. This is an extraordinary company with exceptional guides.

1st visit to Italy was AMAZING
Andrea of Guidaly worked extensively with me on all of our planning. He took into consideration that it was our first time in Italy and that we’d be bringing our 2 teenage children. The Florence trip with Bianca was personal and welcoming. Bianca was well versed in the history of Florence and took her time explaining in detail the many sites we visited. Duomo was our favorite!! When we booked the Amalfi coast day excursion, Andrea was very helpful in finding us the perfect driver, Armando!! Armando was the BEST!! He met us on time at the train station, was pleasant and made us feel very welcomed. He explained the different locations that we explored (Sorrento and their love of lemons which were the size of grapefruits and something we haven’t seen ever in the USA. The granita drink was amazing and my new fave). When we arrived Amalfi, he took us to a nice restaurant where we didn’t have to wait for a reservation as he already booked it for us. Our children really enjoyed this trip and we can’t wait to book our next trip.

Guidaly was exactly what we wanted!
Guidaly was our family's answer to a fantastic time in Italy! Alice, our tour guide in Rome, was fantastic! She was so patient with all of us, got along great with our teenagers, and took care of our grandmother minding the heat and pointing out all the opportunities for water. We learned so much from Alice and thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Valerie, our tour guide in Florence, was knowledgeable and passionate. She taught us lots and was warm and caring. Fulvio, our tour guide in Naples, was a blast! Super energetic and fun! He kept us all engaged and showed us the beauty of Naples. Thank you to the Guidaly planner, Andrea, who made it all possible in a very short time. We would definitely use Guidaly again!

I cannot recommend this tour highly enough! From start to finish, it was an absolute delight. Being able to admire Michelangelo's David without the hassle of long queues was a dream come true. The Accademia entrance was crowded and we were scared, at first, but we were in the fast lane with reserved entrance, and it took no more than a few minutes to get inside. The guide was great at keeping us entertained, even during the short wait. Our guide was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also engaging, making the history of Florence come alive with every step we took.
The walking tour that followed was equally impressive. We strolled through the narrow streets of Florence, soaking in the beauty of the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, Piazza della Signoria, and Piazza Santa Croce. Each landmark was brought to life with fascinating stories and historical insights.
Everyone was punctual, and the meeting point was easy to find. It's clear that the team behind this tour takes great pride in their work and goes above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience for their guests.
If you're looking for a comprehensive tour of Florence's highlights with skip-the-line access and an exceptional guide, look no further. This tour exceeded all of my expectations, and I left with a newfound appreciation for this incredible city. Five stars all the way!

This tour was great! Seeing the statue of David was epic. Our guide knew their stuff and kept us hooked with stories about Florence.
Then, we hit the streets, checking out all the must-sees like the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, and more. The guide made it all feel like we were time-traveling through Florence's history.
If you want the best of Florence without the hassle, this tour's the one. I left feeling like a Florentine expert!
