Loved the tour of the winery, the food was amazing, and the grape stomping was a fun touch! The private tour setting was also very nice for experiencing the farm and town of Castellina in Chianti

Philippe was our tour guide for our E bike tour through Tuscany. He was exceptional and went out of his way to take pictures for us and of us! made an extra stop at a Villa to view the property and then stopped off at the winery where we had a wonderful lunch and a beautiful wine tasting. It was probably one of the highlights of our trip. Can’t say enough good things about him and the tour itself. I highly recommend it

My new wife and I went on Barbara’s artisan tour in Florence as part of our honeymoon. She was knowledgeable, engaging and seamlessly interpreted from English to Italian when speaking to us and the artisans. We would recommend Barbara for anyone wanting a private local look into Florence.

This experience exceeded our expectations! Our tour guide was excellent, she picked us up and first brought us to Monteriggioni, which was a cool walled medieval town. We then arrived to the winery where we met the family that owns the winery and learned about the history of the winery. We then stomped grapes, which was so much fun! They they even took photos and videos of us stomping! Afterwards, we had lunch and tried many wines! This was some of the best food we had on our trip, as it was all freshly made. We still crave the cheese and boar ragu pasta! Our tour guide was super personable and knowledgeable, we can’t express enough how awesome she was! We felt so special and lucky to visit this family owned vineyard. We would recommend this once in a lifetime experience to anyone looking for a quiet, unique and intimate experience.

My wife and I had a fabulous time with Private VESPA Tour in Tuscany from Florence! Jessica, our guide, was phenomenal in every way—fun, engaging, professional, knowledgeable, and interesting! The wine-tasting and lunch at the vineyard was amazing, and the tour was exciting! If you enjoy Vespas, we highly recommend the tour—and be sure to ask for Jessica (she’s the best 😊)!!

Great tour with accommodating tour guide. The vineyard was excellent with rich history. The lunch provided by the host was really delicious and the wine stomping was a fun experience. Would definitely recommend.

I would give them 10 stars. We did three tours with this company. Each was once in a lifetime and so authentic. Not one was touristy. Go to an authentic cheese farm. Go truffle hunting. Make pasta. And drink much great wine! Gabriele was our guide and he was so wonderful!

Absolute must do when in Tuscany! Filipo and Gabriele were awesome! They were very patient with us while we tested driving the Vespa, since we didn’t feel confident in our driving abilities, we settled with the vintage Fiat 500 car instead. Really enjoyed driving through the hills of Tuscany and seeing the countryside. We made a few stops in towns along the way to learn about the area, with a wonderful lunch and wine tasting at an authentic local vineyard called La piazza at the end of the tour. These folks made our experience such a wonderful memory of this beautiful area. Thank you Filipo and Gabriele, for being such wonderful hosts and guides, we really enjoyed spending the day with you.

What an amazing day! It started with truffle hunting with Roberto and his two dogs - Ori and Chloe! We learned a lot about truffle hunting and how the dogs are trained. Chloe was 'in training' and it was fun to see how Roberto used both dogs. They found about 12 truffles in all of various sizes! Then we headed to a small family winery where we ate the fruits of our labor!!! We had a 4 course 'absolutely delicious' meal, tasted a lot of great wines, in addition to olive oil and honey! We even bought a bottle of wine to take with us and watched Sylvia add the DOCG label by hand (which are closely tracked by the region)! We had a great tour guide, Paelo, with us the entire day! He picked us us at our farmhouse, was our translator when needed, was very courteous and informative! I would highly recommend this very unique experience! And I would recommend Tuscany Private Tours. They were very easy to communicate with and very responsive!
