The trip didn't happen. I could not reach them to establish pick up point. The Yrip Advisor Help Chat was nice and sent the tour company a message to contact me and they never called. I called them repeatedly receiving a busy signal even trying from a local phone. We waited three hours trying to contact them and gave up. I still have not heard from them. This is a scam. I want my money back!

We had a wonderful time.Jonas picked us up at our hotel and took us by train from Bern to Zermatt and on up via Gornergrat’s Railway to view the Matterhorn and surrounding peaks and glaciers. It was a cloudy, light rainy day so the Matterhorn was covered by clouds but some of the glaciers were still visible. Even though the weather was unpredictable on the day we planned for our trip , we had a great time and enjoyed what we could see plus the tour of the quaint village of Zermatt as well. Jonas was a great tour guide and navigated everything for us effortlessly. He also recommenced restaurants for us near our hotel in Bern and even sent us a picture of the Matterhorn when he took up another tour group the next day when it was clearer. That was so nice of him. He continued to make our tour complete even after our trip was over. I would definitely recommend this tour !

Our host, Michal, was very friendly and knowledgeable about the beautiful places we visited. We were not in Switzerland for very long, so this tour was a perfect way to experience a lot of top things in a short span of time.

Lina was our trip coordinator from Tours of Switzerland. She was wonderful and gave us all of the information that we needed to have a wonderful time. Ray was our tour guide for the first of three tours we took with him. He was like part of the family. So easygoing and informative. We highly recommend this tour group and especially Ray :)

Ok - review #3. This tour to Gruyère, Chocolate Factory with tastings, cheese factory with tastings, walk through the village of Gruyère with lunch at and with authentic Swiss cuisine - all private with our tour guide extraordinaire, Jonas - was amazing. Simply amazing! Like our other two experiences with Tours of Switzerland, Lina and Jonas, everything was catered, designed to our desires, flawless and without a single hitch. Handled to perfection. I not only recommend this specific tour but I would ONLY recommend Tours of Switzerland (speak with Lina who was incredibly attentive and helpful) and Jonas! We were in Switzerland for 6 nights and had 4 tours, 3 of which was with Tours of Switzerland and Jonas and each one was better than the next! If you’re wondering how the 1 tour through Viator went, find my review - it did not go well at all. Thank you Tours of Switzerland, Lina and Jonas for making our time and experience in Switzerland one we will cherish forever! Until our return!!

Switzerland is definitely a beautiful country wherever you look, and for me, there is no better way to learn about a country than to learn about its history told by somebody else. Jonas, my guide, was very nice, polite and well-versed in interesting facts and told me many of those, that I enjoyed immensely.

We can’t recommend this tour enough. Jonas was an exceptional tour guide and made it such a memorable experience.

My tour was canceled the day before due to low attendance. It was already past the 24 hour cancellation period, so I asked the tour operator to cancel it on their end so I could get a refund. They ignored my messages and I was forced to call Viator (who they also ignored). I’m very disappointed, the tour sounded like it was going to be great.

Gruyeres Castle / village is the epic of this well planned and fantastic tour. Jonas was brilliant and took care of us.

We are really impressed with our tour guide Jonas. He’s very attentive and really care about our safety. Very knowledgeable about all the places we visited.

From booking to the end of the tour I can’t say enough good things about our day. I made a big error when scheduling and Jonas called me and sorted everything out. My family of 6 had a wonderful day with Lina who is a very knowledgeable, sweet and patient tour guide. She made us feel like she was a part of our family. After 30 minutes together she totally understand what my family was looking for and went out of her way to give us all the best experience possible. She also is a great photographer and showed us all the best spots for beautiful pictures. We originally had signed up for a cheese tour but due to Covid we were not able to go on that part of the trip. Instead of just cancelling that part of the trip we pleasantly surprised to find out we were booked on the ice flyer. It was amazing and I think everyone enjoyed it more than they would having at the cheese tour. At the end of our tour Lina recommended a restaurant in Lucern and made sure we fully understood the train system so we would get home safe. We spent 9 days in Europe and this day was at the top of them all. Thank you Jonas and Lina for such an amazing adventure. We loved Switzerland and hope to return again one day.

The tour was amazing! The train ride was so scenic and fast. Engelberg village is so pretty and our guide was very knowledgeable, not to mention the views up from the Mountain Titlis! Highly recommend this tour and company for future travels!
