    Amazing customer service!
While the tour itself was absolutely amazing, it would not have been possible without Mike and his excellent support! We had booked the tour initially through a 3rd party service that had not properly notified his team of our itinerary. Once we got to the meeting point and I called to confirm we were in the correct location we realized the issue. Mike very quickly found us a solution and helped ensure we still were able to complete the tour ourselves. He knew that we had an individual in our party who was wheelchair bound, he provided us with tips on how to navigate our way through the entire tour with our safety in mind. He also followed up with us at the end of the day to make sure everything went smoothly. Sincerely, thank you, Mike, for everything you did to help ensure we had a great time. Seeing the tears of joy on my mother's face made it a priceless experience. This was one of the few things she had left on her bucket list. I am so happy that she was able to experience it, broken leg and all. I cannot wait for my next visit back to Switzerland so that I may use these services again!

good and hectic for a short period. But so nice.
The natural beauty specially the mountains, villages, lakes, rives, cleanliness etc. The transport system is also very good. The Harder Kulm and Grindelwald first is two places we have visited. So nice place to visit.

    Jungfraujoch on a Foggy Day
Our group of three visited the Top of Europe on a foggy day, September 17th. However, the clouds parted at times, affording us spectacular views and we took some great photos/videos to share with family and friends. Our tour guide, Michael, proved very knowledgeable in informing us about Junfraujoch and the surrounding area and did an outstanding job as our guide! We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to the Top of Europe!

Swiss alpine and mountain village experience
Our tour guide was delightful. She shared many insights about Swiss culture and gave our group some time to explore on our own as well. Our teenage kids said it was their favorite day yet.

Amazing experience not to be missed!
We went to the Jungfraujoc and it was the pinnacle of our trip! I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Switzerland. The ice palace was super cool. We road the gondola. You define don’t want to miss it. FYI, make sure to bring warm clothes. I brought my snow boots, scarf, undershirt, some long johns (tops& bottoms) a hat, turtleneck, jacket, and windbreaker. I forgot the gloves.

    fantastic
loved the travel to Jungfraujoch. Got some stunning views. Tourguide was informative and helping a lot. As the group left after three hours, I could stay longer and travelled back myself. Good option!

    Amazing
Although expensive, it was worth it to have the autonomy to go and do whatever we wanted and not have to worry about fees or travel. The suggestions of route of travel and time tables really allowed us to experience this beautiful place without worrying. The actual place was AMAZEBALLS. Worth every penny.

    Ruined by Bond world
Visited in 2008 and it was great. Went in 2019 and hardly recognise the inside due to Bond world exhibition. I am a big OHMSS fan ,hence why i visited in 2008 but walking round now is hardly recognisable inside apart from staircase and some parts of the restaurant. This is my personal opinion. If you have never visited before then you will not know the difference, It will still be worth a visit. I shall not return.

Save your money - Just buy the train ticket
I am honestly ashamed and embarrassed that I spent so much money on this tour. The only benefit of having a guide was ensuring we made it on the correct trains during our two transfers from Interlaken Ost. We certainly did not learn anything that we couldn’t have picked up from the free handouts and posted displays. The guide was a nice enough old man, but he was not wearing anything that distinguished him from anyone else at the meet up site. So, when we finally made contact, we had missed the train we should have been on. Additionally, we could have actually departed earlier, but our instructions were to meet at 11:10am. An earlier departure would have allowed us to spend more time at the Jungfraujoch. As a final insult, when trying to catch the train back down the mountain, we were herded into a queue that was behind three giant groups who were part of a “guided tour.” I will think twice before ever signing up for another guided tour again, especially one highly rated by Trip Advisor.

    Expensive tourist trap
They took a naturally gorgeous place and turned it into a shopping mall/food court, AND charge a fortune, to boot.. We couldn't get out of there fast enough. The 40 minute train ride to the top is not scenic at all since it is through a tunnel. Once you arrive, you are among throngs of tourists snapping selfies and smoking (only on train platform, but pretty suffocating if you need to wait longer than a few minutes) and then if you want to actually get outside and enjoy the beauty of the mountains you've come up to see, you must wend your way through crowds and flights of stairs and stores to get there. Horrible experience. Shame on them.

    Excellent guide
We had signed up for the small group tour and were lucky enough to have a private tour because we were the only ones. Our guide, Oskar, was phenomenal. He was a wealth of knowledge and we highly recommend him. He gave us insight into life on a local level and we compared it to how it is in the US. Very pleasant experience.

We bought these day passes the day before, during a short visit to Interlaken, as we'd decided to skip Jungfraujoch due to the weather forecast. We were so pleased that we did. First class tickets allow you to sit on the upper decks which are less crowded and more spacious. We loved being on the lake and had breathtaking views of all the lovely villages as we went, and the mountains as well. We loved being able to stop off wherever we liked, and then catch the boat again later to visit another location or return to Interlaken. We stopped at Oberhofen and had lunch in the gorgeous cafe right at the dock, before exploring the castle. An excellent day pass, and a really comfortable and beautiful cruising experience.

Lake Thun :A gorgeous stretch of blue and teal with trees on either side of the water is nothing short of spectacular. I was completely in awe when we got on the boat. The lake was magnificent and the colours were gorgeous. We saw houses on the edge of the lake and mountains hovering near them. There was also a small waterfall somewhere in the middle. But as the evening progressed, the winds became extremely cold to a point where it became intolerable and we had to step inside. The boat itself was quite old, beautiful, and well-maintained. There is a restaurant and a snack bar but you will need to be seated in the dining area to be served. It can get crowded so you may want bring some snacks and beverages for the long ride.

P.S. A Swiss Travel Pass is an ideal option to avoid long queues.
