Worst ever experience on a city bus tour!! The ticket was sold, the passengers ( including young parents with toddlers and babies) were waiting in the cold , the driver didn’t show up until 45 minutes later! Then he switched on a weak audio recording barely audible, drove a tad rash for a bus driver in Geneva and a quick round of a couple of Kilometres near the lake and he came back to the departure area to pick another load of passengers ( apparently the bus company may have been trying to optimise the number of trips), another a few km to the UN building. He stops there, passengers are asked to take pictures and while this is happening the driver takes off without any warning or any notice whatsoever!! Poor souls who got left behind !! We go back to the start of the tour. Old town wasn’t covered at all. It was an apology for a tour! Hardly saw anything of Geneva but experienced the most disrespectful and disgusting behaviour of the driver and his company ( none of whom owned up to anything when we tried giving feedback on return!) it has been the worst experience ever!

Wonderful Day! Tony was great, explaining as we drove to Interlaken some of the history of Switzerland which I found informative. George the driver was very personable, likeable, my husband usually doesn’t do well on buses, however being a smaller bus had no issues. Thank you again for a great Day Tony and George

John the driver and tour guide was so nice and helpful!! He cares for the tourists and even gave us a whole pack of treats after a long day. We recommend him as your driver

I had a fantastic time on this excursion. Our tour guide was David, and he was amazing. He is super nice, thoughtful, and friendly. The weather was not great, but we still got to go up to the Glacier and see the suspension bridge, which was a wonderful experience. To be able to walk over a bridge in the clouds was amazing. David really felt for us that it was not a clear day, and he was able to offer us additional time in Montrex and also have a walk around the little village of Col du Pillon. He also provided wine, cheese and snacks when in Montrex, which we enjoyed by the lake. David gave plenty of suggestions for our time in Montrex and it was definitely worth the extra time. We went to the Queen statue and museum which was so special and completely free. In addition, on the way back from the tour, David stopped at the Charlie Chaplin house and a winery for use to take pictures. David went above and beyond to ensure we had a great day. I definitely recommend this tour, especially if David is your guide. We cannot control the weather but David will make sure you still have a wonderful time and have beautiful memories from the trip.

Just short cruise on lake Geneva. Host was knowledgeable and numerous. Very casual and comfortable on a beautiful day!

Let me start by saying our driver/guide was excellent. The difficulties we experienced were weather and construction related. Upon our arrival we came upon a muddy lot full of construction materials and equipment. The lower gondola station is under major reconstruction. As is ALL of the gondola facilities and way stations. There was now where to sit, no refreshments availible, just mud, dirt and debris everywhere. As we traversed our way up the mountain we found similar conditions at each stop. Most cars were shared with workers moving equipment. When we finally arrived at the top at the Schiltorn Station, more, heavier construction. Much of the view from the revolving restaurant was of workers on the other side of the glass looking back you. Many of the features of the 007 Experience were out of order. It seemed as if they were just letting things go until construction was over. It will be an amazing place to visit and experience AFTER CONSTRUCTION IS COMPLETED. Not sure when that will be since all signs referenced a completion date of 20XX. They don't even know. I would not recommend this tour until after construction is done. We are very disappointed to have paid nearly $500 for half of an experience and no one from the travel company said a word about what we would encounter.

Honestly we thought it was a bit expensive for what it was but it may improve your experience if you like cheese and cheap wine. We actually found the location ok, it was just finding parking near by that threw us a little as there was also road works in the city. We still made it on time but consequently as the last ones on the boat we had to settle for seating on the only table for 4; sharing with another couple who quite clearly would rather had the had the whole space to themselves as they did not make it easy for us to share the space. We sadly felt in the way the whole trip and that probably made us a bit biased against the trip. We can’t fault Julian for his information, service, good English and good humour. He clearly has a passion for boats too as he couldn’t stop talking about them! We were blessed with good weather but it really wasn’t for us. There were also paddle boats for rent and had we known that would have probably been a lot more enjoyable for us a couple if not harder work!

This is a great tour. It's pricey, but everything is in Switzerland. The tour guide was great (Dean I think). He was entertaining and funny, always willing to take the photos so we didn't have to take selfies. He knew some extra hidden spots and surprised us with a little picnic just beyond the base of the glacier with wine and cheese. A nice touch. The glacier has incredible views. It's obviously weather dependent and when we were there the clouds opened for some great views! It was snowy and windy though so wrap up warm. A little disappointed that the alpine coaster was closed but no fault, just the weather. A short stop in Montreux was a welcome break on the drive home. A lovely lake town with some interesting links to the band queen. Highly recommend this tour. Well organised and stunning views and scenery!

Like others have mentioned, this boat is hard to find so do lookout for small bird sign and try to be there atleast 15 minutes before your scheduled time and not miss this activity. It’s a 12 seater boat and not as fancy or choppy and the captain served us great cheese n beverages. History of Geneva and other fun facts were shared along the way. You get pretty close to Jet. definitely recommend this company and activity.

Glazier 3000 is worth the visit We visited in August breath taking views Cable car very efficient and running constantly We really enjoyed the experience The Glacier walk is worth doing

Horrible instructions on where to meet. Tour guide was very pleasant and courteous…however the only thing he pointed out was Mont Blanc- no other information or landmarks. He got us close to the fountain which was nice.

The hop on hop off bus was on point. It hit all the hot spots and the driver was very friendly. The bus was clean and well maintained. I would do this again.

Beautiful city. Enjoyed walking tour and free time in Annecy. It was a pretty city with good restaurants and beautiful views.

The tour was okay, the guide was monotone, we did see areas that we could not have reached walking, however it was quite boring
