About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- Mactrisha10 contributionsWorth every CHF!We were lucky to have a great guide in Andrea from Zurich, plus David from Interlaken, they provided invaluable information and advice about Interlaken & Grindlewald. The coach was very comfortable and our driver very skilled to negotiate some of the bends enroute. Interlaken is very beautiful with lovely views of the mountains but for anyone who would like to get up close, Grindlewald is superb. We went on the Jungfrau cable car, it was breathtaking! Nothing prepares you for the beauty up there. Worth every CHFWritten 4 December 2024
- PeteMac790 contributionsMust do!!!Excellent day trip. Well organised and our guide Gonzalo was amazing. The views from the top of Jungfraujoch have to be seen to be believed. Photos do not do it justice. A stop at Interlaken on the way was nice as well and had time to explore for an hour. Had nearly 2.5 hours up the top to explore by yourself before meeting back up with the group to start the trip down. Highly recommend and I am so glad I did it.Written 4 December 2024
- LA W0 contributionsBucket list visit to JungfraujochFantastic day trip from Zurich. If you only have time for one day trip, this is it! Monika and Ping were outstanding guides and kept the group together and on time. The top of Jungfraujoch was breathtaking, definitely a lifetime experience.Written 2 December 2024
- eoinf790 contributionsWell worth itAngela was fantastic. Great day trip. Fantastic views all the way to the top. A long day but definitely well worth it……..Written 2 December 2024
- kltutt0 contributionsMaximize your time to enjoy this wonderful tour! This was an excellent tour! Really maximized our short few days in Zurich. Including a scenic route as we traveled through Zurich with history and fun facts. Then onto the beautiful countryside and cantons along the way. Stopping with a couple of hours Lucerne. I would advise to see the lion statue first before crossing the Chapel Bridge and exploring on the other side. Then we were off to Mt Titlis. Our tour guide was helpful on explaining the process of getting up to the top. What a beautiful adventure! Once we got to the top we were able to do the ice flyer, cliff walk, glazier cave and enjoy the SPECTACULAR clear views. Definitely a day to remember. At the end of the tour back in Zurich he also gave us great tips on sites and Christmas markets in the city!Written 1 December 2024
- Katie B0 contributionsBook this!We booked this trip on a whim, feeling like we wanted to see more outside of Zurich. The tour guides were friendly and direct with instruction. We were able to see a lot of beautiful views and activities. We did the math and for train tickets and cable car, this tour is roughly the same amount but worry free as you’re being directed throughout. I definitely recommend!Written 29 November 2024
- 682gwenj0 contributionsHorrible, will never book anything with them again. There was a snow storm the evening before, and all of the transportation was late and running slow. I had to take the tram and then the train to make it to the check in location. Once we got there, we were told even though we had out tickets we had to wait in line for the process. Well 30 min in line and the driver knowing we were having to wait our turn in line, they took off without out. We were offered a city tour, but it would be much later in the day and not nearly what we had paid for. The lady kept telling me I could not catch up with them or meet them anywhere because it was a self-guided tour. A self-guided tour costs over 300 for two people. My grandson and I took the train over and once we got there, we found out the gondola ride was cancelled due to high winds and snow. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ONCE PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE. I WOULD NOT BOOK ANOTHER EXCURSION WITH THIS COMPANY IF MY LIFE DEPENDED ON IT. BESIDES BEING UNORGANIZED THEY ARE VERY RUDE.Written 29 November 2024
- nicoleh4670 contributionsGreat experienceThe views were amazing. We took so many videos and pictures. The ice flyer and cliff walk were a thrill. Our tour guide Monica was great.Written 29 November 2024
- 829ricko0 contributionsStein am and Rhine Falls tourWe did the Stein am Rhein and Rhine Falls half-day tour. Konrad our tour guide was one of the best we have ever experienced! Vincenzo was as steady a driver we have ever had! What a wonderful tour…the scenery, atmosphere and commentary were outstanding. Great way to experience old Switzerland!Written 29 November 2024

- Peter A0 contributionsEnjoyableVery enjoyable trip, with knowledgeable driver, dining experience was good, variety food was good. Lindt factory shop was good, but limited timeWritten 24 November 2024
- kth7770 contributionsWonderful Guides - Erstilla and KarenThe trip was a pleasant one skilful driver who ensured safety and punctuality. The guides Eristilla and Karen were fantastic. They were knowledgeable to share about Zurich and the journey, and helpful and friendly. Even though the harsh weather prevented us to do most the activities at Mt Titlis, they did their best to ensure we enjoyed the ice tunnel. Lucerne was beautiful, especially with the snow!Written 22 November 2024
- PeterK7240 contributionsVery nice tour. It was better than we expected. It was a good mix of seeing Zurich sites in a relatively short time. Boat cruise to the Lindt chocolate factory was a nice break. The chocolate factory tour was great! Our tour guide was very nice and informative.Written 21 November 2024
- brianpF2106IG0 contributionsScenicThe waterfall was a unique experience. It isn’t very tall, but it is powerful. Even in the winter, when the river’s flow is at its lowest, the rush of the water past the viewing platform is amazing. And the town of Stein am Rhein is distinctive, with art adorning the facade of every building.Written 21 November 2024
- Amanda M0 contributionsZürich in 5 hoursThis is an excellent tour. I was in Zurich for just one day and I had hoped that this excursion would get me around a lot of the sights in the time I had and it didn’t disappoint Rafael and Victor are so lovely and I just wish the ticket allowed extra for a tip as I had no Swiss money on me. The coach takes you through Zürich especially the old town and o thought enough time to see the main churches etc . Rafael did offer the chance to go off and shop if preferred. The ferry ride was short but definitely enough time to enjoy the view and take pictures The cable car ride is not so scenic but the view from the top is so worth it. Plenty of time to have food drinks and enjoy the panoramic views. It was the perfect introduction to Zürich and really appreciated it Amanda (Ireland)Written 21 November 2024
