Nice start of Swiss trip in Luzern
Good half-day activity from Luzern. Take the train to Engleberg - 45 minutes ride. Get a ticket at the Titlus Valley station. Get on the revolving cable car. Mind the weather so be prepared for snow or rain

      Wonderful trip to Jungfraujoch
The view from Jungfraujoch was spectacular. Traveling there by gondola and cogwheel train was fun. The bus was comfortable, and the tour staff members were informative and pleasant. Overall, a great (though very long) day. Would highly recommend

      Better than Everest
Brilliant, I climbed Mount Everest and the view from Mount Titlis is just as good as the summit there. Actually it’s better.

      Unforgettable!
I am delighted with the tour. The organization was perfect. Our tour guide Marianne informed us bilingually about everything worth seeing and knowing. Marianne did a great job! Bravo and thank you Marianne. Although the weather on the Titlis was not really nice, lots of fog, everyone was more than happy. Thanks for the amazing tour and the excellent tour guide. Always happy to return.

      Great tour bad Guide
Had a wonderful time in the trip. The weather was stunning, the views incredible. Enjoyed walking through the old town and then catching the boat to Lindtt. Was very gaooy with every aspect of the trip except the Guide. She was very rude and everything seemed an issue to her as iif we were second class citizens. Every question she was asked about the logistics of the trip or about any if the sites she would huff and have a sarcastic response and she. made it very uncomfortable. It was a shame. If you go on this tour you will enjoy the sites just make sure you don't get a grumpy guide.

Loved Felsenegg, shame old town was blocked off for parade.
Our guide, Gallus(?) was very knowledgable and interesting to listen to. Unfortunately we did not get to do the old town as it was blocked off due to a pride march event (would have been nice to be told this when we booked at the office), however our guide did his best to point out/describe some of the old buildings that we could see as we skirted around it. Took us to the top of a hill to view the city layout instead, which was a great view and on the way to the ferry told us that we would stop at the Lindt factory as an additional stop as we couldn’t walk the old town. The ferry ride across lake Zurich was pleasant-this is a public transport/passenger ferry- but there was time to get out of the bus and walk around the ferry while it was crossing. A short but steep cable car ride goes up to the top of Felsenegg where there are wonderful views of lake Zurich and it surrounds.

Must do tour if you like waterfalls and medieval towns
Great tour-had plenty of time at the Rhine Falls and Stein am Rhine to explore. Monique was a knowledgable and friendly guide. Gave lots of insights on the medieval town of Stein am Rhine and then still had time to do further exploring/shopping on own. Had rained recently so there was an enormous amount of water cascading over the falls.

      Great Zurich experience
Great way to see Zurich and surrounds in a short (4 and a half hours) time. Our guide Antje was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and made the tour so interesting. We really enjoyed this experience, though the food at the restaurant at the top of Felsenegg is expensive ( as are other restaurants in Zurich) Highly recommended

      Great time!
We had a great time! I’d agree with other reviews that I wish we had more time in Lucerne to explore and shop/eat lunch but overall it was amazing and I would absolutely recommend.

A Highlight of Our Trip to Swizterland
This makes for a rather full day, but it was a day very-well spent. The bus-train-gondola ride made for some beautiful mountain scenery, and arriving at the top, there were a variety of things to do. The activity is somewhat weather dependent, as the views and ability to go outside at the top were a great part of our experience. Fortunately, we timed it right. The weather cleared, and the vistas were spectacular. Coming back down the mountain gave me some of our trip's best photo ops looking down on Grindlewald and again between Wengen and Lauterbrunnen. Our guide gave us some great tips on how to best experience some of the offerings at the top, and we were able to do everything we wanted without having to rush. It was a fun excursion that contributed to an excellent trip.

      Really good
Really good tour. Note that there is about 4-5 hours of just commute time, some of its very pretty and scenic though. Overall great experience, definitely worth it if you have the time to spend.

Go to Rapperswil SG (by train) and visit the house Hintergasse 29. This is a verry nice house in the historic old town. When you put a small change in the letter box at the house door, you will be lucky and you will find a lot of happines🤗
This Ist typical for a visit in this part of the okd town. The house is verry small - but it is the most beautique one! You will have a lot of fan!

I'm so glad I booked this excursion way back in February when I first knew I'd be going to Zurich on business in May. I booked it because it was near Zurich, so perfect for a weekend trip, and it had something for me (spa experience), something for my husband (mountain hiking) and something we both love (cruise), and we could explore both Mt. Rigi and Lucerne, and everything was laid out for us -- it was a no-brainer! It sounded too good to be true, and I had not heard of Viator, so I was a little leary. BUT this tour really delivered! My favorite part was staying at the Mt. Rigi Kaltbad Mineral Baths and Spa. It just so happened to be raining the Saturday we arrived, which was the perfect excuse to just stay inside and enjoy the hotel and spa experience. We spent a few hours floating around in the spa, which offers spectacular mountain views, and a variety of options of heated pools and saunas. (Massages were pretty much booked up ahead of time, so if that's important to you then book ahead.) There is an outdoor heated pool that we really enjoyed, with the crisp mountain air and views, yet the water was heated. Luxurious! After the spa, we got cleaned up and spent a couple of hours in the bar -- again, with floor to ceiling windows, just soaking up the view, which is ever-changing because you are actually high enough to be in the clouds! It was very romantic and cozy. Then we went to dinner, and the service was very friendly. I'm not a foodie, but the food was also very good. And great that it was already included in the package, as well as breakfast the next morning. We had a seat by the floor to ceiling windows for breakfast and it was just glorious. It was sunny the second day, so that's when we enjoyed Mt. Rigi. My husband got up early and hiked it up and down for exercise, and then came back and had breakfast with me, and we took the train up the mountain. We checked out of the hotel at 11am and placed our bags in the storage room. (Reviews are correct, that the luggage room is not secured, but it just seems everyone trusts everyone there, and we were not missing anything afterward.) Mt. Rigi was a lovely experience. We walked around up there for an hour or so, before taking the train back down to the hotel. The train and gondola stations are right at the hotel, so very convenient. We collected our bags and took the gondola down to the where we got the boat to Lucerne. It's about a 10 minute walk to the boat, and not so easy with luggage. (We had more luggage because this was part of a longer vacation and we were between hotels.) My husband got cranky at this point, which was the only time. The boat ride was very serene, and my husband calmed down after awhile. We checked our bags into the Lucerne train station lockers and then explored Lucerne. (Fortunately, my husband knew this service was available from previous experience.) We had a couple of hours to walk around, and then located the bus according the directions we were given. The bus was on time, and the ride was pleasant. I read some reviews that this tour was not "guided" enough -- just with directions laid out ahead of time. For us, it was perfect, as we don't like to be part of a big group tour at all times -- we just like having a package put together for us. However, for first time travelers to Europe, they might need more guidance. Anyway, we LOVED our experience. It almost felt like a honeymoon, even though we are married 17 years, and were not looking for a honeymoon experience. We definitely recommend!

This was a great excursion and one of the highlights of our trip. The pick-up point was very easy to find. We were given an envelope with the vouchers needed for the excursion & detailed instructions for our time on Mt. Rigi, the following day's journey to Lake Lucerne cruise & info regarding the pick-up point for the return trip. There were different groups on the bus - we were doing a 2-day excursion & others were doing a 1-day excursion. The ride to Mt. Rigi was narrated by our guide, Peter. Once dropped off at the aerial tram, we were on our own to enjoy & explore the Rigi Karltbad Resort, its amenities, etc. (i.e. the bus continued on its way with people taking different excursions). We went to the top of Mt. Rigi by cogwheel train. It had recently snowed & was very cloudy. We went back to the resort to check-in, then enjoyed the mineral baths & sauna. We had a pre-dinner drink in the bar & then enjoyed a lovely 4 course dinner. We set an alarm to awaken before sunrise to see if the sky was clear - there were no clouds so we went out to enjoy the sunrise over the Alps, then on to breakfast buffet in the dining room. From there we went back to the summit. We left via the 12:15 train to take the cruise on Lake Lucerne. We could have stayed at the resort & taken a later train - we enjoyed the cruise but had quite a bit of time before the 5:50 pickup. We were advised pick-up can be impacted by local traffic & the bus was 30-40 minutes. Everything but our drinks was included.

Thank you to Rolph who was our guide that joined us in Weggis where we got off
the bus and got onto the Gondola. When we got off the Gondola to get on the Cog train the elevator was broken and he performed a feat of strength carrying my suitcase up what seemed like endless flights of stairs to get to the train. He then helped us find where to checkin at the Rigi-Kaltbad hotel. He then brought us to the top of Mt Rigi and back down. We would have been lost without him. Thank you Rolph!

Dear Andrea Thank you very much for taking the time to post a review! It is great to hear you enjoyed the service and our guide Ralf was of your help. Usually this tour is only partly guided but we were happy that day to be able to provide a fully guiding service and it seems that it was of great help! We hope you enjoyed your stay and the mineral bath & spa in Kaltbad and the boat ride to Lucerne! All the best and kindest regards
