However, our tour guide really did not know any of the names of the castles or the places he brought us too and did not know much history. He did not provide water until we asked a couple of times as it was included. He took his time and brought us to another little town to make up for it. He was great with my boys (11 and 15) and helped us with logistics in Lauterbrunnen and made a quick switch to Grindewald to make sure we could reach Jungfraujoch despite construction. We had zero visibility at the peak which was really disappointing but the cable car, train, Alpine exhibits and drive through several quaint towns made our day in the Alps worth it!Written 28 November 2024

We had a fun, polite, patient and careful driver, Pascal. He gave us welcome drinks and chocolate, and walked around with us to some of the sites. Pascal was absolutely amazing. He speaks, at least, four languages (French, Spanish, German, English). Is an excellent driver who was very punctual, friendly, and helpful. As an added bonus, he was a wonderful tour-guide as he told us a lot of information about the places we passed and suggested things to do. His car was in excellent condition and very clean. - 333christyr0 contributionsAmazing Airport Transport ExperienceWe went on a Christmas market River cruise so booked our transport to the Zurich airport from the port in Basel. The Rhine River had other plans, the boat couldn’t make it back to Basel due to high water. I was able to communicate the entire time and move our pick up location. Our driver Pascal was such a gentleman! Since we had a 1.5 hr bus ride to reach the pick up spot, he offered to stop for us to have a restroom break. He even had euros for us to access the restroom. He provide water and French chocolate for us in his clean and comfortable Tesla. Thank you Pascal for taking such good care of us and getting us to the airport on time!
