Great time and fun experience. Order the beer as it is Better for the price. We did this in February and it was not too cold. The boat ride was great too

One of the best tour you can experience. Loved every minute of the tour, from wind mills to shoe factory. Worth every penny!

I had a highly disappointing experience with Tours and Tickets. I booked a tour over the counter at their Amsterdam Centraal office, and their representative assured me that I would be notified if the tour was canceled. However, I never received any cancellation email or notification. On the day of the tour, after traveling a long distance specifically to join the trip to Bruges, I arrived at their office only to be informed that the tour was canceled. This was incredibly frustrating and completely ruined our plans. The lack of communication and poor customer service made the experience even worse. Their staff showed little concern for the inconvenience caused, and despite having only a few customers to manage, they failed to send a simple email about the cancellation. If you’re considering booking a tour with this company, think twice. There are many more reliable travel agencies that respect their customers’ time and money. I strongly advise looking for a more trustworthy operator to avoid the disappointment we faced.

Tour of villages ans whole packet is excellent. We were most impressed with Jen and Francesca guidance: funny, charismatic and extremely nice people! All recomenndations for trip and specially for Jen

Guide was good and tour was well managed. They have some useless activities which you would realise only after doing so buying all inclusive package is not recommended. Cheese factory, clog factory and waffle factory were merely sales outlets targeting tourists. They barely make anything in these premises. Windmill we went to was not functional and we were told its because of wind. However it was a windy day and all adjacent windmills were working. Its ok if all you want is some sightseeing and pictures but at all an authentic Holland experience.

Top Notch Team. Very friendly, helpful, high energy, and language skills are just awesome. Very warm and caring team that took care of a large team of curious tourists. We were a group of 4 friends that joined the tour and even though it rained heavy in the morning and blew strong winds, we still enjoyed every stop and every moment. Well thought Tour! This was a nice day out to see the traditional windmills and country side of the Netherlands. It offered great attractions and was very informative.

Our trip to Giethoorn was just spectacular! The village was beautiful. It was cold but worth it. We took so many pictures and enjoyed to the full. The bus was also very comfortable. Also our tour guide ‘G’ was just awesome. He made sure that we are being looked after well. He was very interactive and was very fond of connecting us as well if we had any questions at all. It was such a fun trip and the experience was great!

The guide was excellent and informative. Recommended a wonderful place for lunch. Was a great day out. Loved the local food and the beer was very tasty!

We like to make a special mention of Roz who gave a lecture about women survivors on the Titanic on Friday 3rd January which was excellent. she brought the characters to life and was very informative and pleasant. A further mention as well of Linda in the Queens house in regards to a painting inspired by Hieronymus Bosch, in which she gave and excellent detail and description of the paintings nature and technicalities.

First, on the website you can find information that trip last from 75 min till 105 min. In the fact it was only 50. We started at 21.50 and back at 22.40. From another side that it was less time than offered even better, because from all light instalations only 3 was really good. Rest not interesting, nothing special to call it as a Light Festival. For people, who never had trip before by the canals in Amsterdam will be interesting to see the city from that's side. But then maybe better to go on the special trip for it.

Hotel has cards for tourist with discount codes We booked the van gogh museum, got there and where told that it wasn't for the museum and that we would need to travel 15 mins on the tram into the town to get to the venue. We arrived at the van gogh museum on time so missed the time slot for the temu version one 15 mins away. Absolutely scam Refunds are not possible apparently

This is a great tour. In the end we paid extra to include tour of Windmill and boat trip. It was cheaper to pay the extra €15 than pay entry and boat. There was so much to see it would have been nice to have longer in each place. Infact the day trip could have ended later to do this. It was fascinating to hear about the cheese but it was more expensive to buy in the shop than at the airport!! The guide was good it was a mixture of him speaking and listening on headsets in the coach. I would thoroughly recommend this trip.

The Heineken experience was great but the canal cruise and brewery are not really connected... they are two separate events. Take the canal cruise and then enjoy the long walk to the brewery. :(
