We had a lovely small group tour with Victoria. It was clear that Victoria was passionate and knowledgeable about Van Gogh and that his work was very meaningful to her. We loved her explanation of the evolution of the painter's work, but also the discussion of the twists and turns of his personal life and family struggles. She was well versed in the painter's personal history and was even able to offer insight into his controversial end.

I greatly enjoyed this tour. Clare was informative and brought Van Gogh’s paintings to life with the stories and the journey behind his work. I left with a greater appreciation of Van Gogh’s artistry.

Monica’s very intriguing and passionate storytelling of Van Gogh life and works was absolutely amazing and well worth the price. You can feel how she relishes the artist’s struggles and achievements. Clearly a much better experience than taking the museum’s self guided audio tour and if you have limited time to spend in the museum, this is the way to go since it finishes in 2.5 hours as planes and you get to see the most important parts of the museum. I was really happy she had a microphone and we had headset (one ear). Our small group of 6 was perfect amount. The size kept the tour moving.

What a fabulous tour of a large museum - hitting all of the highlights and learning about Dutch history from Edvard. He has extensive knowledge of the subject matter and the tour flew by. I most highly recommend!!
