    it was raining when i took the boat tour. i was worried, but the boat was covered and the ride was great. the captain made me a delicious cup of coffee and it was very cozy

    Hi Sarah. Yes, Karl and his partner speak excellent English. Actually, people in Amsterdam speak fluent Dutch and English, so communicating is easy!
