Overview
Uncover Amsterdam’s famously risqué side on a guided evening tour of the Red Light District. Kick off the night with a tasting of popular ‘oranjebitter’ liquor, and then head into the historic quarter known for its adult clubs and notorious red-and-blue windows used by sex workers. Learn the history of Amsterdam’s permissive attitude toward marijuana and prostitution, and pass by the area’s most talked-about erotic and historic attractions with a guide.
What to Expect

Your tour starts at Dam Square at 8pm with a typical Dutch Tasting. From there you will make the 5-minute walk to the Red Light District and start your adventure in this world-famous space.

In this neighborhood full of contrasts you will discover the entertaining side of Amsterdam, from the world's largest condom shop, Bananenbar, smart shops, Chinatown, and onward to the other well-known locations scattered throughout the district. Furthermore, your guide will inform you of the more controversial side of Amsterdam, like the legalization of prostitution and marijuana. You'll also learn about the area's history as you walk among impressive churches, centuries-old buildings, and the local canals.

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to write this review for us. We understand what you are saying, the Red Light District is a very touristic area indeed and it can be a bit complicated, specially during the weekends, to follow a tour in...More

Okay, but not that great.

This was the second red light tour I have done in Amsterdam and it was not nearly as good as the other one. The tasting is a shot taken before the tour starts, it was nice, but not worth advertising. The guide was a nice...More
