We booked this as an opportunity to get out of the city and explore more of the Dutch countryside. This was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. Our driver / guide, Robin (pardon if I have misspelled) was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about all the areas we visited. We had a great time getting to know more of the history and culture. He arrived on time, drove very safely the entire time, kept us on a comfortable schedule all day, and gave us an excellent experience. It does take the full 6 hours but, if you have the time during your visit, would highly recommend this.

Bad. They didn’t show up at the confirmed time and place that was on the reservation. This company didn’t have customer service phone number that worked before 12 noon and We were supposed to be picked up at 1030 a.m.

This is a professional transportation service, not a tour. Lewis, the owner, drove us. He was professional and kind. Worked closely with us to have a van big enough for my father’s scooter. The van (small bus) was new, clean, cool and very comfortable. Lewis gave us facts about Amsterdam and the cities we passed through and offered to stop at a cheese factory on the way. He was patient and accommodating. I encouraged him to add formal tour services. He’s a natural.

Always on time, fair price, communicate in English, clean spacious cars. Driver helps with luggage. I always trust them to come on time.

I have been taking groups of women on antique shopping and flea market tours in Europe and this was our first time in Amsterdam. We used Shuttle 2 for several transfers within Amsterdam for 21 people. Communication with before the trip was stellar, and payment was easy to make. I had to make several time adjustments, even up to 24 hours before, and it was met with quick and positive confirmation from Lodewijk or Gaby. We were picked up at the AMA Kristina after a Christmas Markets Cruise, at the Amsterdam Cruise Port to transfer to the Radisson Blu City Center. The drivers were professional, on time, and friendly. When it was determined that we had too much luggage, they had an additional vehicle there within 10 minutes! The drivers on every single transfer were accommodating and friendly. The buses were immaculately clean and comfortable. Extra thanks to Johan, who had to wait an extra hour one night, as our dinner was delayed. Transfers to the airport were spot on time, drivers helped with the luggage, and it was a calm departure. I highly recommend this company. I have dealt with a lot of transportation companies over the years, and they were hands down the best, and I will never use anyone else! We were with 16 people getting from one place to another with the special services of Shuttle 2 Amsterdam busses which was a great experience in every sence of the word. They had even decorated the inside of the bus for the occasion and the driver put on cool songs to get us all going. Thanks so much for what other would have been a dull drive.

We were picked up from Schiphol airport en brought to my hotel. The driver was very friendly and on time. We had a tour around Amsterdam and we were later dropped of at the port of IJmuiden. We had a great experience in Amsterdam and we will definitly return. Our trip back from the port of IJmuiden to the airport was also on time. We will see you next year!
