Do not do business with Yo Tours. We booked through Viator and were contacted by Yo Tours to tell us our trip was oberbooked. They substituted a different tour and when we arrived, we found out it was in a different language. The operator refused to refund our money.

Tried contacting the tour before departure. I called them, no answer, so I left a voicemail and then sent a text. There was no response at all, so we didn't attend the canal cruise. No fault of ours! No discussion and no questions were asked. It was just a flat-out refusal to issue a refund. There are plenty of canal cruises in Amsterdam. Steer clear of these guys and book with someone else.

Unfortunately, we were not able to go on this tour as our flight was first cancelled and then the second flight was delayed so we didn't even get to Amsterdam until 3:00 pm on Sunday. I am hoping to either get a refund or a voucher for a future tour. I am planning on going back to Amsterdam since we only had 1 day there!

Amazing tour! I only wish I had more time in Delft since it is absolutely stunning. But we got to see a lot on this long tour. The tour guide was amazing and said a goodbye to each of us individually at the end.

I would not recommend anyone book tis tour. I just returned from Amsterdam and I am a travek agent. I booked htis tour for my wife and I and Yo Tours did not show up for the tour as scheduled. They "claim" they tried to callme but my phone was on the entore time. They did send an e-mail and suggested I find my own way to The Hague to pickup the tour. This is RIDICULOUS and I highly recommend not using them. It took me over a week to get a refund and I am convinced the only reaosn a refund was issued is because I am a travel agent and have booked clients through Viator in the past. Viator told me they wer ehaving issues getting a refund form Yo Tours. My adives: stay away form Yo Tours!!!
