Nice walking tour through the city. Different stops during the evening tour. Guide allowed for a nice pace. About 2 hours in length.

Wonderful tour! A must do! Our tour guide, JK, was fantastic! Lots of great information and history. We really enjoyed learning about and exploring Bruges. JK showed us most of the must see sights and gave super facts about each one. Canal boat tour was at the end of the walking tour - could also do the boat tour the following day if didn't want to take the boat tour directly after the 2 hour walking tour. Boat tour was nice and loved seeing the town from the canal. Highly recommend this tour!

Pablo was our guide to Bruges and Ghent. He was a lot of fun and very knowledgeable and passionate about everything he was showing us. The whole day was amazing. We had beautiful weather- cold but blue skies and sunny. Highly recommend.

Antwerp and Ghent are beautiful cuties. This tour, like most tours, is fast paced and with tons of information. Our tour guide, Sabrina, was very knowledgeable and flexible. We saw the main sights in both cities and we had time on our own to explore and have food and drinks.

Whilst the walking tour was interesting there was not as much information as may of us expected. The boat element was not linked at all and you have to book them them completely separately

The tour was 3 hours but finished 50 min early giving the rest of the time back as free time. It came with the voucher for the boat but the ride was not included in the tour time. Near the boat place, the guide gave the options either to continue with the tour and ride in the free time or to miss the rest the tour and take the boat. I continued the tour but the tour finished shortly after with some distance from the pier. I wasn’t sure how to get back to the pier or how the voucher system work so didn’t go back the voucher was wasted. The guide was good and friendly but I wasn’t happy with the arrangement I had been to another tour in November and the guide took us to the pier and waited for us to come back from the ride then continued the tour and finished the tour on time

The Bruges day trip was well organized. The bus is comfortable and the guide, Marta, was very knowledgeable and funny. We saw the most important sights in Bruges, had time for pictures, and wander around the Christmas markets. She also gave us recommendations about places to eat in Brussels when we were back.

This was a day trip I had really been looking forward to. The boat trip through the canals was beautiful and very informative. Perhaps giving people ideas of things to see during the hours of free time would be beneficial, otherwise a lovely day out.

This trip was really good and covered a lot of interesting history, it just would have been nice to have a bit longer at both cities. I would have been happy to even start earlier and finish later. Our guide for the day - Anna Duerte did a good job at explaining everything.

I took the tour in English, Coach I was on had two groups (english and spanish) and split when we arrived in Bruge. Our tour guide Paulo was fantastic. Knew his history very well, was interactive with the group and spoke passionatly about the city. Tour was a great pace, walk roughly 2 minutes, a 5 or so minute explaination and then walk again. Tour lasted more than 90 minutes, probably closer to 2 hours then roughly 3.5 / 4hours free time to explore. This tour took the hassle out of organising it ourselves, it was a stress free trip, I feel like I learnt a lot about the town history and I would definelty say for us, it was worth the value we paid

Our tour guide NO SHOWED! We texted and called the guide and received no response. Since there is no person you from Trip Advisor to talk with you are just stuck. Entire situation terrible plus Trip Advisor has my money.

A very interesting tour, well worth doing. We went for a walk through the city for about half an hour and then had a bout ride for 30/40 minutes. Very nice!

JK was an entertaining and knowledgeable guide. I didn’t how long or how far we had walked and the information he gave us informed my plans for the next day. Boat trip included in the deal was also worth it. Happy to recommend.

Very smooth and well organised day tour, our guide Julian imparted excellent knowledge in both towns, covering the major landmarks, the history of the city and useful suggestions of where to spend our free time, including the price and how long we would need to spend in the different galleries or churches and local recommendations of where and what to eat. I found we had adequate free time and feel that I have a great insight to the charms of both these cities.
