About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- wildwilld220 contributionsA taste of Belgium , surrounded by history.Good museum with interactive storytelling, whereby you use a headset , which can be set to your language . Loved the moustache protecting hot chocolate mugs , from France , funny , distinctive and from the pre revolution era ( so quite old ). Theres also a chocolate bonbon making display which was done in English . The museum is in the heart of the Brussels tourist area , literally the lane that links Grand place and the Manikin pis , with loads of chocolate , frites and waffle shops on the same street .Written 18 July 2024
- erinpE5251JQ0 contributionsFun tour! Needs better meetup directionsTour was great! Lots of history and fun facts throughout the experience. I went solo and it was nice to meet other people along the way. We ended up chatting long after the tour was over. The guide was insightful and thoughtful with her recommendations. The only thing I wish was different was a better understanding of where we would meet before the tour started. Grand Place is a big and crowded space, it would have been helpful to know if there was any signage or specific flags we should look out for.Written 27 April 2024

- V2827NDelizabethf0 contributionsExcellent tourWe really enjoyed our tour! Stopped at 3 different chocolate shops and Learned a lot about them. Also stopped at few cool bars and got to try some beer I would have never tried. Your guid was excellentWritten 25 February 2024
- tracylU8714ZA0 contributionsGood tour but abysmal customer serviceThe guide himself was good, and the tour was interesting (nothing about Brussels history itself, only chocolate and beer), but one of our friends was ill. I tried to Manage My Booking 36 hours ahead of the tour, but got 2 automated responses saying I couldn't be reimbursed because it was too close to the start of the tour - so don't believe them when they say that you can cancel up to 24 hours in advance.....Written 10 October 2023
- Aaron Z0 contributionsGreat tour with knowledgeable guideGreat tour. Learned a ton about both chocolate and beer. The three chocolate stops were stellar. Loved the first beer stop. Would never have found it on our own. Total hole in the wall. The second one was a bit commercial but the beer he chose based on our preferences were awesome and unique. Really knowledge guide.Written 10 September 2023
