The tour was fantastic, well worth the money. Our tour guide, (pretty sure his name was Tim) was really enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the city and gave us lots of information during the tour. We made 3 stops, for food/ drink, one to get waffles or fries, one to have chocolates and one at the end for beer tasting. The quantities of the food/ drink that we got were good, we got a whole waffle, 8 handmade chocolates and 4 beers to taste, it felt like we were getting good value for money.
Would highly recommend this early in your trip.

I was skeptical given the price point was a lot lower than some of the other popular city walking and tasting tours, but this tour by Serdar exceeded my expectations. Super nice guy, very smart and knowledgeable, and super patient with so many knucklehead tourists (some got lost or strayed or were super late). I loved that the tour didn't take 4 hours. The tour time was scheduled for about 2.5 hours, and you really don't need more than that. Serdar provided the basics without going too deep into history or with overwhelming unnecessary details. The amount of info was perfect. I had already seen most of the areas we visited on the walking tour (I did this tour on my last day after being in Brussels already 4-5 days), but I didn't know anything about them but thanks to this tour, I understood so much more, putting everything else into context.
At the end you will do your beer tastings, and Serdar will hang out with the group and never rush anyone or the group to finish or leave and just engaged in conversation. I appreciated that he didn't just leave us there by taking off because his time was up.

Serdar our tour guide, originally came from Turkey, however having gained Belgium citizenship his passion for the country is undoubted as his encyclopedic knowledge of Brussels was exceptional, delivered with enthusiasm and just the right level of humour whilst remaining true to the facts. Our group was 13 but he never increases above 20 which ensures focus and a feeling of involvement. A 2 hour tour with the tasting elements offers good value for money and a worthy inclusion to a Brussels city break.

Serdar was wonderful. You can tell he really enjoys sharing his love for the city. He blends history, art, and culture so we'll. The tasting stops were also very good! This felt more like being guided by a friend than a tour and for that we are very thankful as it let us connect more with the city. Would 100% recommend. Would also recommend doing this early on during your visit as Serdar does a great job recommending other must see places and experiences.

Amazing experience. Such a fun and great guy. He is very passionate about things he talks, talkative and open. We marked all of the best known places in Brussels. Had great food and beers. I would highly recommend going solo or in groups.

What a brilliant guide he was. So knowledgeable on the history of Brussels, but he made everything we visited interesting. The tour of the city was done in such a relaxed manner you’d of thought it was amongst friends and that’s how he came across. If you are looking for ways of going round the city I’d whole heartedly recommend him as a tour guide..5 stars without a doubt

This has been the best run tour of our trip and that’s largely thanks to Tiego, our tour guide. He was the right amount of informative and engaging with the group. And a big plus to the whole group was what we actually got for our money. We expected a live or two of chocolate and instead got 10 each and a surprise macaroon. Then we got the good walking tour before the next tasting…we got to choose between frites or a waffle. Since there were two of us, we got one of each. The dipping sauce for the fires made that a great choice but the waffle was my favorite. It was hot, slightly doughy and sweet. No toppings needed. After more walking, we got to the beer tasting and everyone got their own flights of four beers (10cl per beer). Not bad for a 3+ hour tour and all of that tasting. I’d complete recommend this tour to others and hopefully you get a guide as great as Tiego.

Splendid tour. Serdar is an excellent guide - informed and enthusiastic. The places chosen for the beer chocolate & waffles were of very high quality. The tour goes at a good pace with a very convivial atmosphere. Serdar didn't bring the tour to a time limited finish and hung around with many who continued the conviviality.

We have done several guided tours in the past, and I can’t say that I have ever recalled having a better guide. Walid’s knowledge of the city, ability to entertain and navigate a large group of varying ages, and the passion for which he tells the story of Brussels was unbelievable. I could not have a higher recommendation if you’re looking for a guide. Oh and the beer, chocolate and fries were great too! Thank you, Walid!

Serdar is a very enthusiastic guide with a depth of knowledge of history, architecture, art, music, and cuisine and reflects his immersed knowledge in today's contemporary issues.
Our group enjoyed every minute of the tour. We learned very much about Brussels. Thanks to Serdar, I saw a very different side of Brussels. Serdar is very responsive, does his best to support the group's needs, and does it elegantly, so everyone enjoys it. He is supportive in every detail and ensures the tour is the trip's highlight. I firmly believe he is the best. I strongly recommend Serdar for your time in Brussels.
