It was really nice to do the kayaking by ourselves instead of a group tour. Be aware that it is pretty tough though getting the kayak to the beach. My wife had to work really hard to help me get it there.

This was the highlight of my stay in Lagos. I loved the freedom of exploring on my own time. They gave me extra time , very flexible with time. Thank you for the best experience. highly recommended!

Great experience and service from start to finish. We walked in without a reservation and were greeted kindly, kayak was delivered in a few minutes, and got a nice overview of where to go and how long to explore for. Going on our own was infinitely better than being crammed in a flotilla of dozens of kayaks, and we could explore all the cool grottos and paddle thru's on our own time. Nice touch on the included wet bag for our valuables as well! As others have mentioned, the kayak is pretty heavy so you need a reasonable amount of physical ability to get it down the stairs to the beach, but if you're up to that, this is the way to see Ponte Piedad!

Great staff, everything was smooth and they were really nice. They even offered us an extra hour free of charge, although we didn't need it in the end. Go early and head straight to the places you want to see before the boats and tours arrive, best way to experience it! Just be aware that the Kayak is heavy depending on how strong you are and you need to get it to the starting point yourselves.

Amazing experience, top service, friendly staff. We got our kajak for 3 instead of 2 hours so we had pleanty of time to enjoy our trip. Thanks a lot :-)

Really nice kayak rental. We decided last minute to do some kayak and we got a kayak right away. They bring the kayak at the top of the stairs of the beach "praia dos estudantes". The kayak has to be carried up down and back up the stairs but it's totally worth it. The view of the cliffs from the sea is just magnificient and it's possible to enter all the caves until after the "ponta da piedade". There are also some beaches we can join only by the sea. There are a lot less crowded than the other beaches in the area. I recommend !

We had an extraordinary time with our friends at the epic sunrise.. ..+ hands on crew, extra pics just for us, additional guidance so we were able to pop into unbelievably beautiful cave with open ceiling ...with rays of sun and one massive awe all the way! Thank you!!

We had a magnificent morning kayack along the coast in Lagos. The team at Paddle Fun made it super easy and gave some good advice regarding where to go and how long it would take. They had good communication and were super helpful. Highly recommend.

What a lovely day we had today! Wonderful experience if you want to explore the seaside and caves by yourself and at your own pace. We rent two kayaks (very easy and correctly online) and everything was arranged! Very good material, they thought about everything: even special waterbags to put your stuff in. Very friendly people and very willingly to help wherever they can. If we come back next year, we definitely do this again!

Went kayaking for my birthday and it was the best experience! The team were super organised, informative & friendly. The kayaks were in perfect condition and the scenery was unbelievable. The best spot to kayak in the Algarve!

We spent a beautiful morning kayaking along the coast of Lagos. There were two nice guys that brought us the kayak and told us where to go. We even got to keep the kayak for longer so we could see more parts of the coast. The kayak itself was in good condition. We would totally do it again!

From the time of booking to the moment of receiving our kayak the whole process was really easy, very clearly explained, and communicated via email as well. We met the van at Praia dos Estudantes and received the kayak, a map and a few do’s and dont’s (we brought our own dry bag, but they’ll provide you with one if you haven’t) We had decided we wanted to do it on our own and not in a tour/group. The kayaking went fantastic! The sights are beautiful and the weather was perfect 😍 A couple of tips: check out the tide online and plan your trip accordingly; we kayaked through a tight “keyhole” in a rock wall that wasn’t passable anymore on our way back! The beaches also get quite tiny at high tide so less places to park your kayak and chill. Also: make sure you wear sunscreen and reapply after you’ve visited a beach during your trip. #MomMode

We had a great experience with Paddle&Kayak Fun. We took a SUP out for 2,5 hours to explore the cliffs and beaches on our own. There was a boat nearby with a very kind guide who we could always ask for help and who also took pictures of us. Everything was organised well and the whole team was very kind and helpful. We definitely recommend this hire. Very fun way to explore the Algarve coast!

We had a great time kayaking around the coastline of Lagos. It was really easy to book online. The walk up and down the steps to Dona Ana beach was fine. We will definitely do this again when we visit.
