Took the last trip of the day and we're not disappointed, there was a possibility we could not enter the caves due to sea conditions but the skipper was very professional and can read the sea. The crew were also very good with good commentary whilst exploring the caves. It's a definite must if you visit, thanks Atlantis Tours

I highly recommend this trip. The guides were organized and fun. The boat was large and felt safe on the rough waters. The caves were a sight not to be missed. And it wasn't event that cold on the Atlantic in January.

Great trip out, lovely guide and worth every penny. Everything went to plan, was unsure about booking through Tripadvisor but all was fine. Would definitely recommend this trip. So much fun with amazing scenery.

Sorry to not rate this 5 stars. It was a beautiful boat trip and the cliffs are astonishing. It was supposed to be a sunset cruise but a couple of days before we were to take the excursion they changed the departure time from 3:30 to 3 so there was no sunset viewing. The tour was supposed to be an hour and a half but lasted barely an hour.

The view was amazing. We took lot of photos. And the boat entered the benagali cave for few mins so that everyone can have a few photos. The weather was supportive.

Can be strongly recommended! We had a very nice experience together with host Sergio and the rest of the crew. They were all great.

We really enjoyed this trip - Sergio and Sebastian the skipper were great, and gave us a fascinating and entertaining trip along the coast. We would recommend this as a great addition to our short visit to Alvor.

Exciting going into to caves! It was a bit rough waters in October but glad we had experienced driver. Beautiful scenery. Really enjoyed. Great communication on the process/meeting.

I recently booked a boat cave tour scheduled for 10/10/2024 at 10:30 am with the main attraction being the cave visit. To my disappointment, I was only informed late on 09/10/2024, at 9:37 pm, that due to sea conditions, the tour would be changed to a coastal tour and would not include entry into the caves. The notice came way too late for me to make alternate plans or cancel the booking. The company’s website clearly states a 24-hour cancellation policy for customers, which I believe should also apply to the tour organisers. If changes are known, they should notify customers more than 24 hours in advance, giving them the opportunity to cancel if the main attraction is unavailable. This last-minute notification left me with no option but to request a refund or reschedule, both of which were denied. I am deeply disappointed with the lack of consideration for customers’ time and expectations and I will not be booking again with this company. Better communication and customer service are essential, especially for those traveling specifically for a unique experience like this.
