Our main reason for taking the catamaran was to see the Benagil cave. There are clear photos on the tour site from inside the cave, misleading you that you will actually see it without getting off the boat. This was an ok cruise near the shore to admire the landscape and swim in a spot for 20 min. The crew was not engaging at all and the speaker they used to talk occasionally was not really clear so we couldn’t hear anything. Additionally you get a tiny cup of beer for €2.50, so do buy yourself drinks/snacks before boarding if you book this tour. But if seeing the Benagil cave is you goal, book a small boat!

Dear Erkri, thank you for your feedback. As you can see by the photos you mention, the Catamaran doesn't enter into the caves. At all, it just sails by as you can see on one of the photos. That fact is clearly mention on the inclusions to avoid any misinterpretations on what we offer, however you booked the cruise and you are in a way responsible for your own disappointment :( But we understand that sometimes our clients don't read thoroughly the inclusions offered. As for the description you make of the cruise itself, we do offer a chance to admire the coast, swim, paddle, snorkel and sail. The bar on board has the same pricing that most of the local businesses offer but for the moment we don't allow for any drinks to be brought on board besides water. Snacks is fine. No problem. If you are still considering a visit to the caves of Benagil we recommend you to do a grotto tour. We have that offer listed at Viator as well and it's quite easy to book it.

Absolutely fantastic trip from start to finish. The captain and crew were brilliant and highlighted safety issues very well. This was not rushed at all. However it’s amazing how many people don’t want to listen to the most important part of the trip which is safety so my advice would be please listen to the captain because accidents do happen. The trip itself was beautiful and I would highly recommend it to anybody. The crew made the trip especially the captains dancing which had us all entertained. They do drinks and food snacks on board if you wanted to buy them however lots of people also did bring their own snacks if you wanted. My advice would definitely be this Catamaran trip if you have any sickness like myself because some of the speedboat trips I saw I know I would’ve been throwing up over the edge if I would’ve actually booked those so I was very pleased that I booked the catamaran as it was much smoother. The sea was a bit rough so we stopped at a quieter area to swim in the sea and paddle board which was a very good idea as this area was much safer . There are so many kayaks and boats near the cave it’s very unsafe. Also my advise would definitely be don’t do a kayaking trip as it’s scary how many boats and traffic there is around the caves ! I would of been so disappointed if that was the only part of my trip . However the long trip along the coast and back was what made it for us. I would recommend this trip to anybody wanting a nice few Relaxing hours at sea and some good music along the way. We have three children 9,14 and 16 and they loved it.

We booked this activity as a group and it was just fantastic! The team on board was lovely too. The only slight disappointment I would note is that we didn't actually get to see the Benagil caves from inside (sure the Catamaran is too large but we could've swam into the cave). Other than that, it was a fantastic day at sea and we even saw some dolphins swimming ahead of us :) I would definitely recommend this tour to others.

Highly recommend the half day catamaran tour. The catamaran is one of the nicest vessels once can explore the algarve seaside on. The crew was pleasant and helpful. There is a cash bar on board with cocktails and draft beer. We had a lot of fun with the inflatables that they blew up when they anchored down.
One suggestion is that there were a few too many parties on the nets to get truly comfortable at the beginning. Perhaps booking a slightly lower number would have been ideal!

A truly fabulous trip with a 14,12 and 4 year old! The older two loved diving from the boat and paddle boarding. The little one loved bouncing on the “trampolines” and driving the boat!! Captain Georgio could not have been more fun and welcoming… our little girl was scared of boats before this trip and that fear has now vanished! Thanks Georgio and your crew for taking us on a fabulous trip with the most beautiful scenery, best fun for the kids and even a sangria for mum and dad! Great value and could not recommend more!

Me and my friends went here as part of an activity on our girls holiday and it was one of the best things we done, it was very enjoyable and after we went to the resturant by the meeting point and we had really good food I would highly recommend this and the people running the event also have high energy and were clear with information too. When we stopped and done swimming and paddleboarding it was very good too !!

I had an absolutely unforgettable time. Amazing energy of the staff members, cracking jokes all day to make us laugh, doing fun activities and challenges which I never expected we would do on such cruising. And seeing the nature/caves/coast with such educational program from the guide made everything even more better. I would definitely do it again ❤️❤️❤️

An amazing experience and so glad we did it! The tour guides have so much information and funny stories about all the places you pass and couldn’t be friendlier. A bar on board to buy drinks at good prices. Was warm but a bit cloudy so got a bit cold at times but didn’t take away from everything we saw. We were very lucky to see dolphins on our trip and was definitely a once in a lifetime moment.

The boat trip was the best experience we had on holiday. The crew had a great humour and we’re attentive. Great to have a bar on board, and the girl serving us was willing to make anything she could. Captain made for a fun trip, interacting with the group and showing us some dance moves. Would highly recommend to anyone planning on visiting, we had a brilliant day out.

This was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone in the area. The boat was large and very well maintained. We spent almost 4 hours at sea. The views of the coast were amazing and we spent 30min following a pod of dolphins with babies. We then stopped at a beautiful cove for swimming and paddle boarding. The crew were all very friendly, fun and helpful. There was a bar and some relaxed music. Everybody could relax and lie on the nets at the front of the boat or sit in the seats in the shade.
We were a family of four with children 9 and 11yo. They said it was the best part of their holiday. It far exceeded my expectations and I can't recommend highly enough. Great value too.
