1. The coach Gustavo is excellent, I loved him; 2. The team has a fantastic spirit. I felt ‘at home’ from the first lesson; 3. The organisation works perfectly.

My wife and I did the Azores trip in late August, 2024. Our guides were Andre and Gustavo and they were excellent. We liked the blend of water and surface activities. The swims were on the adventurous side, since weather, waves, and wind can be unpredictable in the Azores, but we enjoyed them nonetheless. If you like open-water swimming, this is for you. Also, the island of Faial, where the trip is based, is a wonderful place to be.

SwimTogether puts on a fabulous swim tour/vacation in Madeira, Portugal. So much appreciation for Andre in advance of the trip and during the week of our trip. He runs an incredibly smooth operation. And much love to both he and Pedro as swim guides, they chose amazing locations and gave us confidence and security while swimming in challenging fun waters. We felt well cared for at every moment. The diversity of the landscape and locations for the swims was fantastic. And the thoughtfulness in planning lunches, snacks, all our non-swimming needs was spectacular. Highly recommend for those that love open water swimming and want to be in the water every day. They took us to locations that would not be accessible to most visitors. Highly recommend.

Swim Together created a spectacular swim tour experience around Madeira Island for my milestone birthday with friends. André and Pedro have both a passion for swimming and a gift for all aspects of hospitality and guest experience. They bring such exuberance and thoughtful attention to detail to their work. They set us up in a fantastic hotel on the sea and close to restaurants. Our daily swim trips had spectacular vistas, and the team provided a context that allowed us to feel safe in our bold swim adventures. After the swims, our meals were authentic and other tour experiences were well-chosen. If you want to pair open water swimming with travel in beautiful places, Swim Together are your people!

After being home for one week. I am sitting on my sofa and its rainning outside. At the same time, I am enjoying my great memory on Madeira with Swim Together 2 weeks ago. For me, by choosing to do this trip is to get out of my comfort zone and challenging myself at unknown and different situation. Swimming is my passion, its my life style so i joined Swim Together to swim at this beautiful, interresting volcanic island Madeira. I am so lucky to team up with such a great group. We are from around the world: portugal, mexico, jerusalem, israel, nederalnd, UK, USA. We have the same goal is to get out of our comfort zone to explore....... explore our human nature, to explore our hidden strength....to explore the beauty and power of nature of Madeira island and the mystrious sea. We are all being well taking care of by Andre and Pedro from Swim Together. The almost daily boat trip was epic fun..... speedy, bouncy and it gives us extra energy. Some swim are challenging with waves and current. I really need to concentrate mentally to finish the distance but If any of us feel that its enough, we can stop and the boat will come to pick us up. We always are being supervise by a kayak and the guides from the boat. The landscape view from the sea is ... amazing. Sometimes i stopped and admired the rocks and cliff formations, colors, layers etc. We swam through holes, caves and .... the feeling cannot be describe by words. Before the trip, I was worried abit that i will not get to see the island on land because we swim everyday but they organized it the way which we also get to see different points, places and lunch at different restaurants on this island. I was doubting myself on Day 3 if I could finish this journey. I did it. We did it!!! I have gained more confidence as a swimmer and as a person. I walk in my swim club training and sport school with my chest up and head up high now. I am proud of myself.... and i will cherich this experience.... We had much fun as a team. We are united. Even we are from different cultural backgroud and speak different language. There are no boundaries. We all have the same passions: swimming, adventure, exploring, out of our comfort zone , push our limit, enjoying good food and yet having a good time.

I had a wonderful swim holiday with Swim Together in Madeira! The swims everyday were challenging, yet refreshing and rewarding. There were fun site-seeing adventures daily and the other guests were like-minded and interesting! Andre was very attentive to our every need- making sure we were comfortable and happy. Best holidays I ever had! Combining our passion for swimming with breathtaking locations, which allow us to discover new places from a different point of view (usually turquoise waters with lots of sea life involved :) ). SwimTogether team is extremely professional and so well organized that you dive deep in the holidays mood - they have thought of all details and you can just enjoy and go with the flow. Finally, Andre and his team keep the perfect balance between being very professional, knowledgeable, and a genuine joy to be around! You can feel the passion and dedication they have to swimming and their clients. They also made all the swimmers, regardless of their levels, feel comfortable and safe. It was the first trip I took with SwimTogether and it was just wonderfulI. I attend swimming lessons at the SwimTogether swimming school and I usually go on tours, but I've never taken any trip before. Everything was wonderful, from the organization with everything prepared in detail, with gifts, lunches in typical restaurants, very pleasant and with very good food. The best of all was of course swimming. We swam in magical and unforgettable places, always very safely, guided by two experienced guides, boat and Kayak. Both André and Ricardo provided an experience of pure magic in the sea, with breathtaking beauty. Places where it would be impossible to swim if not for SwimTogether. The memories remain in beautiful photographs and videos that André and Ricardo share with us daily during the trip. I'm looking forward for the next adventure both traveling and touring. It's a blessing to have SwimTogether in my life, the only one in Portugal that provides us with open water swimming experiences. I joined in a "cave" tour and did take a coaching swim, I would recommend both. The guides make you feel comfortable, respecting you 're abilities, making it a great experience! Also nice is the fact they make little movies in which you can learn about your stroke - and you have them as great memories!
