    Great day trip
Thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Fatima was awesome inspiring. Balhao church and monastery were very interesting. Obidos was unique and fun. The walled city was very touristy but you got to go basically anywhere in town and walk the walls. Excellent stop at the historic gingerha bar/ museum with an excellent host. Nazare was nice but the waves were low that day and it is a pretty typical beachside touristy town Xavier was an excellent guide full of information and gave us time on our own at the sights

    Thank you!
Our trip was otherwise perfect, but we didn't get to the Pena Palace, which was unfortunately closed because of some damage, stormy weather had caused a day before. Our guide was just excellent and the day was really good! Thank you!

Highly recommend the Lisbon small group walking tour.
I highly recommend the Blue Inside Lisbon small group guided tour. I was in town for business on a weekend and wanted to see as much of the city as possible. In just an afternoon, our tour guide Daniel “Danny Boy” provided a memorable, educational, and thought-provoking tour by not just giving us historical facts, but personalizing it with his own local perspective and storytelling. I’m really happy I did this as I have a greater appreciation for Lisbon and Portuguese culture, and have a better sense of local life. I also made a lot of new friends on this tour. It was a great experience touring with Daniel and would highly recommend this specific tour.

    Awesome Tour!
What a wonderful experience! Chon was so knowledgeable about not only Portuguese history but also world history and current events. He has insider tips that are so useful for when you go again and explore by yourself. He has a lot of patience and is very considerate of everybody plus also has a great sense of humor. The sights were beautiful, the architecture was awesome and it was the most delightful experience. Just go!

Mesmerising. Soaked in history and the beauty of Pena Palace, Sintra. Ana, our guide, is just amazing. We also went to the western most tip of Portugal . With the wind howling and the sea below, the experience was surreal.

    A beautiful dav
What a great day! Tommy was so friendly, extremely knowledgeable and handled our group of Spanish and English speakers seamlessly. We learned a little and saw more than we were expecting to, places we wouldn’t have tried on our own but are glad we didn’t miss. Even the drive was lovely, Tommy pointed out so many things along the way that were super interesting. Each stop was special in its own way and since we really wanted to see the big waves at Nazare, Tommy adapted the agenda to stay a bit longer. Highly recommend!

    Worth the time and visit.
The trip was awesome and so was Jhoana the tour guide was the best. We were lucky that it became a private tour on a private car as we were the only ones (3) on the tour. The tour guide was prepared with umbrellas (as it was raining the whole day) and water.

We really enjoyed this crash course in Portuguese food, wine and culture.
Daniel (our guide) was entertaining and knowledgeable as a native of Lisbon.
We thoroughly embraced the six stop tour which represented great value for money, and provided an insight into the day-to-day life in this most attractive city.
Would definitely recommend to anyone that wants to understand and appreciate Portuguese food, beer and wine culture.

We tasted a variety of traditional Portuguese dishes and wines, with each stop offering something unique. Our guide was friendly, informative, and passionate about the local food scene. The small group size made the tour feel personal and engaging. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that a couple of the stops felt a bit rushed. Overall, it’s a great way to experience Lisbon’s culinary delights, and I highly recommend it!

Guilherme (William) was a great guide taking us through the city and showing us a few hidden gems. He had great English, fantastic insight and good sense of humour!

The tour itself was really good- the 3 hours flew by. This is a nice way to taste a lot of little bits in a short amount of time without having to commit to a whole meal. Also a good option for people who aren’t big fish eaters.

Guilherme was also very keen to make the tour even better, asking for feedback at the end. We decided as a group the only thing missing was maybe a soup (apparently soups are very common in Portugal and we had no idea, but learnt thanks to Guilherme)

Would deffo recommend as a cheaper and cheerful alternative to the long and expensive food tours that are often advertised.

Loved the tour! Found it great value for money and our tour guide Daniel was absolutely the best ❤️
A local from Lisbon who shared his knowledge about the city as well as the stops, food and wine.
Left the tour feeling very satisfied and would highly recommend for an afternoon in Lisbon. You definitely leave feeling full so I wouldn't exactly book a dinner for afterwards.
I also really enjoyed my group and the interactions, helped out also by Daniel and his fun personality - this was important being a solo traveller.
Thanks Daniel!

Marta was our guide and save your money and just go have nice meal somewhere. First stop was a small piece of cheese and a shot glass of port. Second stop a shot glass of the cherry liqueur, (could have bought for $1.50 euro) second stop in very crowded bar, small glass of very sweet green wine and fried cod cake ($3.75 euro,) then a pork sandwich that was good with small glass of beer and then to a restaurant definitely set up for large groups because they had back room with tables set for 20, one piece of cheese, 2 small shrimp, a roll, very pices of sausage and olives. No great info, very boring and again just go to any of the markets, etc and spend your money there.

Hello U8090TKlisap, It's not very common for us to have reviews questioning and complaining about the quantity of the food/drinks. On the contrary, usually, the feedback is that it's a quite generous quantity for a "gourmet" tasting. We don't know if you may have attended other tours in Lisbon or even food tours to consider that the info was not that interesting. However, we will be very attentive to future feedbacks regarding this question. Best regards,

Our group of 16 travelers had a fun and engaging experience tasting the food and wine of Lisbon. Maria was an excellent guide, full of energy and information to enhance our experience. We made 6 stops in a beautiful and vibrant part of the city and tasted codfish cakes, cheese and chorizo, pork sandwiches and beer, seafood with rice and green wine, Port wine and ginja. We left with full stomachs and a better appreciation for the food, history and culture of Maria’s beautiful city.

What a wonderful tour! Fantastic & interesting food, delicious drinks and lots of culture! Ana was very friendly and informative. She navigated us through crowds, seated us at intimate tables and served us in an efficient manner. I highly recommend this tour early in your trip-it gives you the lay of the land while on the tour and exposes you to the Portugal way of eating and drinking!!

Of the food tours that we have taken, this one was the best! The food was wonderful, nicely paired with drinks at each stop. The bifana sandwich was so good and the rice with seafood was outstanding! Of course the port wine, vinho verde, were most enjoyable as well. Our guide Natalia did a super job not only explaining what we were eating and its role in the typical diet but also shared interesting facts about the city and its history. It was a great way to spend the late afternoon, early evening.

We had a fabulous afternoon with Filipe! First he went out of his way to make sure we were placed in a group with other friends that signed up separately. We really appreciated that extra time and care. And then - the tour itself was so much fun! Way more food and drink than we thought we would have; AND extremely informational. Highly Recommend!
