Our guide Diogo - Tony - was very informative and added to the whole experience. We covered a lot of ground and saw many sites outside of Lisbon including interesting landmarks, the standing stones, cork trees, the market at Evora, church of bones, and a cork factory. I was pleasantly surprised by the added knowledge of the wildlife. Just an overall fun time for us as a group of strangers. I would highly recommend this tour!

Our tour was beautiful and unique. We made sure to miss the lines and people as much as possible getting even better views and walks towards Sintra from the park and an incredible view of Cascais. Our guide was fantastic local who was full of amazing information, insights and shared his perspectives on a beautiful day

We had a wonderful day. Pena Palace is so beautiful. We had a great lunch in Sintra & enjoyed walking around the town. All the additional stops were great. Our driver/guide Joanna was so good !! We had a fantastic time.

What an awesome day trip. The cork trees were incredible. Had no idea that cork had so many used!! Then we visited the dolmens of Almendres. Incredible that the stones are older than Stonehenge! Then onto Evora. To view Roman ruins is incredible. Part of the temple is still standing! Then into the Chapel of Bones. Bit macabre! A full day trip!! Joao our guide was fantastic! His English was excellent. Highly recommended

It’s hard to say what was the best part of this tour for me, the amazing places we visited or our fabulous guide. The weather was perfect, the crowds were minimal, and Joana, our guide, was the perfect combination of well informed and welcoming. When we stopped for lunch, I found a cute little place to eat just off of the main square and was able to avoid the crowds. This was my favorite day of my trip to Portugal!

Guide was informative and did a great job of bring tour sites to life. A little to much "free time" making tour to long. Very enjoyable.

Great 10 hour tour. Our guide, Philip, was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He managed the time very well. His English was excellent. I highly recommend this tour.

I don't like writing reviews that aren't positive, but I feel I owe it to the TA community to be honest. There were several thngs that I hope the tour company will improve on in the future. To start, our tour was delayed about an hour because the guide had to pick up an additional passenger at the airport, which was out of the way. At a couple of stops we were left to browse on our own and meet up with her afterwards. At these stops we saw other guides with their groups, explaining what they were seeing. Our guide seemed knowledgeable, but was not very proactive with information, rather she mostly just answered questions. On the ride home, she spoke more, but we were in the back of a 3 row vehicle and couldn't hear her at all. The 2 towns were very worthwhile to visit and we were glad we did so. Hopefully this review will lead to improvements in the future, as out guide was a very nice person.

Good tour. Nice length. Ariana was a friendly and knowledgeable host. There were 7 of us customers. Got picked up from hotel, did a stop for 15 mins at a cafe, then went to Pena Palace. Then we had 1.5h in Sintra town to have lunch on our own and look around. I think we would have had less time if the group had gone through Pena Palace slower by choice or if it were a busier time of year. Then we went to Cabo da Roca for 15 mins, then we went to Cascais for about an hour, then dropped back at our hotel in Lisbon. Unfortunately none of the pastries at the first cafe (paid as part of the trip) or at the famous pastry places in Sintra were vegan, but that wasn't surprising. Had a nice vegan lunch at Mela Canela in Sintra.

We had a great time seeing diverse areas of Portugal. The coast, Fatima, a monastery, a walled city and learned some fascinating history.

Small group. Beautiful, Mediterranean-like countryside. Monoliths were unspoiled by commercialization, and very few tourists (some goats, though). We went on November 1st (a significant date in Portuguese history). Our guide (Gil) was fantastic and made the trip highly memorable : ) Recommend!

A fantastic day with tons of history if the Alentejo region, cork forests, Neolithic stones, cathedrals, lunch. The day was 1 Nov, so it was a perfect day to visit the chapel of the bones in Evora. Our guide Gil was very knowledgeable about the area and thousands of years of history. And a bonus rainbow from Monte Evora!

Very comfortable and enjoyable tour. Interesting sights and adequate 1 hour stops for wandering through the small towns. Mauro was the best guide with a great personality, very knowledgeable , and he pulled up the van to the easiest spots to reboard. He also recommended a farm to table restaurant that our group went for. Delicious lunch. This is a must see tour and ask for Mauro!

We had a small manageable group with very polished, knowledgeable tour guide. Comfortable van, shared the history of the area, provided waters, and gave us sufficient time in each area. Highly recommend!
