We were two couples for our tour. We were very happy with the tour and service from Americo with Seconds & Minutes. He was personable, humourous and customized our afternoon to the things that interested us most. We highly recommend Seconds & Minutes for any tours in Portugal. Once you take a quality private tour, you will never go back to 40 passenger bus tours. The quality of your experience is so much better with a private tour and the cost does not end up being that much different than booking a large group tour.

Americo provided a great day of touring in Lisbon. He was very knowledgeable and personable. He took us to many sites and let us move at a leisurely pace. He took us to an amazing restaurant overlooking the Atlantic. I would highly recommend extending your half day tour to take advantage of seeing the sites at a leisurely pace.

This half-day tour to Sintra and Cascais was an utter highlight of my current ~4 weeks travel. Américo was an outstanding guide throughout, showing me many 'off-the-beaten-track' (be sure to try the Port tasting and sunset at Cascais lighthouse) with a real depth of knowledge with the stylings of an expert raconteur. What sets him apart is his engagement and very real interest in seeing tourists see the very best of wonderful Lisbon. I cannot recommend him highly enough. For anyone looking for an excellent experience of a tour around amazing Lisbon, Américo is your guide.

Our driver/guide - Nuno was punctual,informative,very helpful,courteous and took his time to explain all the sightseeing places,giving us ample time to appreciate the sights. His driving was excellent. He provided service with a smile. We would highly recommend Nuno and the company he serves while in Lisbon.

My guide was so friendly and knowledgeable! He took me to all the best sights and I got some amazing photos for family, friends and socials. I left the tour feeling I had a very good knowledge of Lisbon and its history.

Pedro. Our driver picked us up promptly and gave us a wonderful tour of places he thought would be of interest to us. He was very helpful with handling my husband who has site issues and made sure we were seated in our restaurant for the best view of the evenings entertainment. The meal was OK, but the entertainment was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed listening to the singing. After finishing our meal, we contacted Pedro, who picked us up promptly and returned us to our hotel, after having a delightful evening of conversation with him and his insight into Lisbon. We hope his thesis paper goes well.

The castles were beautiful, and Carlos was very knowledgeable of the history. We really enjoyed seeing the beaches and coastline of Cascais. The town was very cute too!

Excellent half day tour of Sintra and Cascade. Luis our guide and driver was very knowledgeable and accommodating of us with a 2 year old in tow. Sintra and the surrounding area are worthy of some more time, but we were short on it and this provided us a great overview. I would highly recommend this tour company and Luis.

Boris, of Seconds and Minutes was waiting for us at the Lisbon airport and waited and waited until we finally exited the plane, about 45-50 minutes after landing. International flights deboard on the tarmac using a stairway. A person in a wheelchair must wait until the ground crew provides a scissor-lift truck to offload handicapped passengers. Our travel companions met-up with Boris and the three patiently waited for us to clear customs and finally arrive at the Seconds and Minutes van. Boris delivered us directly to the H10 Duque de Louie Boutique Hotel. Minutes and Seconds also provided us transport to the Cruise Dock to meet the Celebrity Infinity. Our driver, Fabiola was charming and explained much of the city we were traveling through to the port. Seconds and Minutes provided a large van capable of managing six suitcases, a couple of backpacks and our collapsed wheelchair. The ride was comfortable and roomy.

Traveling through the country to Sintra and Cascais was filled with spring color and bright skies. Carlos was our driver/tour director who had an impressive command of the sites we visited. Our first stop was to visit the National Palace of Queluz. The opulence and excess were demonstrated in lavish gardens, an extensive array of rooms for every imaginable activity. The Park and Palace of Pena was seen from a distance along with other castles and villas. We enjoyed views of the Atlantic Ocean as we made our way to Cascais from the north. What we discovered was a picturesque seaside village, perfect for vacationing. Carlos provided us time to lunch and relax. The day was a wonderful day of discovery.

Luis was a great travel guide. He is very knowledgeable about the city he loves. He told us a great deal about Lisbon and its rich history, much of which we were not aware of. It was obvious that he had done his homework. His attention to detail was superb. I would highly recommend Louis and Seconds and Minutes LDA.

The main attraction was well worth it. Ricky was extremely knowledgeable. He knows all the particular details. We were able to get to the understanding of what we wanted to to and Ricky understood. He got us a good place to eat for lunch

Carlos was super informative, never rushed me and yet managed to make the most out of the tight 4 hour private tour!
